If I could give this office a 0, I would. The doctor who I went to did absolutely nothing. He came into the room for 3-5 minutes, saw that I dont have my wisdom teeth pulled and refused to hear or talk about anything until I get them pulled. The major problem with that is the fact that I came into that office seeking immediate help, since my face was swallen and one of my teeth needed a root canal. I even indicated which tooth it was to the doctor, however, that was ignored and I was sent to go remove my wisdom teeth "and then we will talk." After leaving the doctors office, I refused to go get my wisdom teeth pulled. The atmosphere was not comfortable at all and I left crying from the stress and complete ignorance of the doctor to even try to find the cause of pain. Oh, and after all of this, the office calls me almost every week asking to pay them an expense that my insurance company didnt cover. They dont care about you, they just care about your money.

I went to Dr.Penny for an extraction he charged me $600 for 1 molar. He asked if I wanted to have a bone graft done for another $400 I told him "NO" he did it any way and charged me.when I went back to get my ex-rays the woman apologized to me and said she would have lost her job if she corrected him. I went in early in the morning and all he was talking about was going to get a drink at Woodys. Very unprofessional.I have since sterded to go to Fl.Dental Center where they have taken the time to explain what I need done and the different options I have the other molar that will be extracted is going to cost$150. $450 less

My extended family and I have been patients of Dr. Penny for many years. He and his staff have always been very professional and have striven to make each appointment a good experience. The office is comfortable and has very up to date equipment. Dr. Penny as well as his associate, Dr. Patel offer many other treatment services in addition to general dentistry, such as Implants and Invisalign Orthodontic treatment. Everyone there is very friendly as well as knowledgeable and will answer all your questions, whether insurance related or dental. I highly recommend this office.
