I would not recommend this dentist at all. I had three cavities filled and a week later my mouth continued to feel incredible pain. I returned to the dentist to find out what was going on. Deeley first tried to diagnose me with a sinus infection and that was why I was having tooth pain - even though I have zero symptoms of having a sinus infection. Then, she said the xray showed another cavity right in between the three teeth she filled last week. When I started asking questions as to why this wasnt filled also, tears welling in my eyes - she walked out of the room and did not return. I have never had a doctor walk out on me and cant imagine one doing so, especially when their patient is in pain and visibly upset. Additionally, the dentist drilled out the cavities but she did not fill them. In the three dental offices I have been to, Ive never not had the dentist fill my teeth. The fillings I received at Deeley are the worst fillings I have ever received. They changed my bite, I can feel the filling on parts of my tooth that it shouldnt be and they will need to be taken out and replaced by a qualified professional. I feel badly for the hygienists, they have always been kind and gentle. Its a shame they have to make excuses and do the work for such a rude and unprofessional dentist.

Dr Deeleys office has some kind of major issues with the office management that does the scheduling . I had my 6 month check up and cleaning appointment only to receive a call, 5 days before hand to be notified they are changing their hours and must reschedule my cleaning, which would be two months out. I understand if you change your hours but when it doesnt fit my schedule and I pay for your services you should still honor that appointment and then have the new hours the next appointment. Today I get a card in the mail Just a reminder it has been 6 months since my last visit. WOW I will greatly miss Dr Elise as she is a wonderful dentist but the people who schedule appointments need to be replaced. This was my second visit and the first visit they scheduled me and didnt write it down on the schedule so it had to be rescheduled also. The person who called me to cancel my appointment (that was scheduled 6 months ago) was supposed to have me on the call asap list to get me in my cleaning . Time to hire new office staff

I recently went for a routine cleaning at Deeley Dental, which was not my first visit to the practice. When Dr. Deeley examined my mouth, she said I had "stains" on my lower molars. Unsure exactly what she meant, I asked her to explain, and she said I had cavities which needed to be filled. She did not take new x-rays (my last set were taken 7 months before), and I was quoted $93 as a co-pay on top of my insurance coverage for two fillings. I was in the process of moving to Columbus, and also just was not overly thrilled with Dr. Deeleys explanation, so decided to see a dentist in Columbus for an exam and to schedule fillings with him. After taking a new set of x-rays and examining my teeth, he said he found absolutely nothing wrong and could see no evidence of cavities. While I understand differences of opinion, this is a little ridiculous. Im still wondering what Dr. Deeley was planning to fill if there were no cavities present....

I have fibromyalgia an grind my teeth to the point where I had several that needed filed some filled and a lot that needed pulled. I was ashamed to go to a dentist because my teeth looked so bad. The staff and Dr. Deeley were extremely nice and did not make me feel uncomfortable with the situation, My children who are very afraid of Dentist really like her which makes life a little easier. The entire staff explains everything they are about to do so you know what is happening. If you are looking for a dentist who explains things is very gentle and has a great staff then this is the one you are looking for. I am sorry the other reviewer feels the way he does. I myself have cut into her lunch time before and was never asked to come back so she could go to lunch.

My wife and I just moved to the area. We were looking for a family dentist for us and our daughter. We had two appointments today and I took the day off work to watch our daughter when my wife was at her appointment. I had scheduled a cleaning. After a late start to my appointment, I had xrays taken and a quick check of my teeth. I was then told that Dr Deeley said that it "was in my best interest to reschedule the cleaning for another day." I was confused by this, and found out later that I was asked to reschedule because the doctor did not want to go to lunch late. The next appointment they had available to me was a month later. The next one I could make (because of work) was two months away.

Deeley Dental has billing issues. I paid off my account, had a zero ($0) balance and a week later Deeley Dental received my insurance payment of $254.00. They refused to refund the amount to me and only sent me $88.40 instead. I put together an entire spreadsheet of charges, insurance adjustments and my payments showing what was owed to me. The receptionist would not let me talk to their bookkeeper or the dentist. I tried to discuss this matter many times through phone calls and a one time visit to the office and the receptionist always said, "Ill pass this information onto them". I never received my full refund. I think they are cooking the books!

Straight forward no nonsense dentist. She doesnt suggest things you dont need. The hygenists are friendly warm people! My whole family has been going there for years!
