WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!!!.. I took in a $50.00 off card they sent me in the mail and never seen any of that. After I told there boy aj that I just wanted what I had on the glasses I was wearing,,, he added insurance and photo brown sun shade to the bill a extra $145.00 bucks that I never authorized. I couldnt see anything on the screen cause my eyes were dialated but called the next day and canceled the overages he said he couldnt do that. I then told aj to cancel the order then he could get it done. What shister he is, cant figer why my insurance pays all of the exham this time I got boosted a extra $10.00 ..What a rip off!!!

Doctor is nice but service from the other staff not so good. when i picked up my trial lenses they were given to me in the boxes, no trying them on etc i had no case for them no lens solution etc which they finally realized at the last minute and gave me. Their prices are much higher than most optical departments and I am going to ask for my prescriptions and get my glasses and contacts elsewhere. Even with my insurance I would have to pay over $350 for my husbands glasses and my contacts. Thats way too much out of pocket expense for having vision insurance.

I broke my glasses twice in one week- both times I went in the store an older white man (not sure what his name was) helped me with my problem almost immediately- free of charge! Very good customer service as well, I noticed their staff treating other customers well. Also very professional place and staff overall.

The Dr and staff are both very nice. I called multiple places in the Stow area no one could match the price for a full contact lens and glasses prescription exam. This place will definitely get more of our business because it was fast, easy, and honest!

They refuse to bill my insurance, and hold my prescription captive. The suggested "solution" is that I pay and hope to get reimbursed. Also thought $110 for a basic eye exam seemed high.

Just get your eyes exam nothing else. The doctor was very nice, but the others was little mean. They did not except my insurance, although Walmart vision Center did.
