Worst customer experience ever!... A few days ago, I intended to get information at the "Vision Center"... well, looks more like a "kiosk" at a shopping mall... such impersonal attention.... I went there only because my Insurance plan includes Costcos Vision Center as an in-network provider... BIG MISTAKE!.. keep in mind, you might need to have a Costco membership in order to get assisted at this "kiosk"... Nevertheless, the overall experience at Costco, from the moment I get to the parking lot, was very unpleasant, this place is crowded with rude clientele and associates lacking enthusiasm for providing a real customer service experience. Im not a member of Costco and I wont be ever interested, after this experience, to become one...

I had order contacts from them and it took three weeks to get them. No one actually ordered them the first two times I came in to see if they had arrived yet. The customer service is also very poor. Workers walked around while there were many customers waiting. They take customers out turn and making patients that were there first wait even longer.

Waiting far too long every time I come here. They need more help! Everyone is very nice and I like the doctors office too. But waiting to order or picking up an order in EXCESS OF 30-40 MINUTES each time is ridiculous. There is one person working this morning and five people ahead of me. The prices here may not be worth the wait.

The doctor was great, very tentative. He allowed, actually insisted I sit in and watch as he took his time and checked my childs eyes. He and the assistant were so patient and didnt get upset when she wasnt sure about contacts. They were so sweet. I highly recommend the doctor at this location.
