Horrible experience. First I go have my exam done for glasses and contact. Well I get a pair of contacts and they NEVER went over options and prices. Then as for glasses damn damn thing. No help in picking frames no ideas and then when I finally pick a pair Im told "we will call when they arrived. A kindly I said OK. Well NEVER HEARD BACK! So I call my self and I am told oh well u never came to get them so went sent them back. First I was NEVER called to be told they arrived and your telling me I now still DO NOT them because YOUR office decided to NOT call as you clearly said you would. Anyway make a very long unhappy story with a very happy ending short. I went to EYEGLASS WORLD who I believe EVERYONE should go to. amazing customer service, helpful from the moment I walked in. The doctor does my exams and proceeds to tell me " not sure where you went before however your script is all wrong AND you have a astigmatism in BOTH eyes that were NEVER correct not to mention was NEVER told to me. He then went on to explain to me exactly what is my issue step by step and word for word. Where I could clearly understand. Not only did Dr Tartibi give me the wrong script for 2 whole damn years which my new doctor says has made my eyes somewhat worse! Needless to say I was extremely upset thinking I had a great place but I was wrong. Now I have found my home EYEGLASS WORLD ON EAST COLONIAL DR. AMAZING DOCTOR, AMAZING TECHS, AND OUTSTANDING MANAGER. I would truly recommended everyone and anyone there trust me you WILL NOT be disappoint it. Hope my experience and my story can help someone or a family. Before they make a horrible mistake and proceed to go to this office. God Bless. And always remember. Do your research had I, I truly love most likely would have not come nor wasted my time. Not to mention they are super expensive and its a huge I mean HUGE selection at Eyeglass world compare to the 10 by 10box this place Is. God bless people hope this helps

Theres always a long wait for everything. I got contacts that didnt come in until 2 months after my initial appointment. After the first month I showed up to pick them up and they had not recieved them and I had to wait half an hour for them to figure out they didnt have them. The second time I waited just as long. The staff is terrible, not professional at all until they get in trouble. Theyre always stressed and complaining about difficult customers.
