I have been coming here for years; really love this doctor but unfortunate hate the front desk person. She moves at the pace of a snail and behaves as if its her time your wasting. Came in 15 minutes early for an appointment that she requested that I come in 5 minutes early. Half an hour later Im still sitting there and she still hasnt helped the person ahead of me. Now if she was rushing around I could see that she was suddenly overwhelmed but no, shes totally relaxing, the ophthalmologist is wandering around with nothing to do and it becomes clear that this long wait is entirely of her own making. I mean shes stuck there all day, what does it matter if I am, too? No thanks; there are plenty of good ophthalmologists around with front staff that are considerate of my time.

Walked in as a new patient, the place has a big show room, clean and open. I filled out new patient info sheet and was immediately taken back for preliminary eye work. Once complete, I sat in the exam room for about 1 minute before the Doctor came in. Doctor Moore, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I will be going here again.
