I have been shopping with Optical Eyeland for over 10-years and have purchased numerous types from daily wear glasses and contacts to sport goggles. Every single time, my wife and I walk away happy that we had another great experience which is rare these days. They will always take whatever time you need to make a decision and to feel good about your purchase and for me, that is not easy. I have kept them there after hours a few times with absolutely no complaint on their part. Julie and the rest of the staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and patient. They have even repaired glasses in emergencies at no cost when other shops referred me to a jeweler without even looking at the damage. Years ago, I moved about 30-minutes away from Optical Eyeland but I continue to go back time and again because they are simply better than everyone else. If you are in the market for glasses of any kind and want a friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff to assist you, make it a point to visit Optical Eyeland. If you want an experience that consists of unfriendly and inexperienced staff, go visit any one of the other eyeglass stores in the Orlando area.

I just went this past Friday and Honestly when I walked up I was a little skeptical about the location. But when I walked inside I was instantly greeted. I had an appointment and was a bit early so I got my paperwork out of the way. As soon as I finished they did my exam and were very professional and precise about everything. It was a like an assembly line and I was the product. They were in no way robotic though. Their customer service was on point, the Dr. made sure I was very informed and comfortable the entire time. When I went to pic a frame, Cassie was with me the entire time. I felt like someone of great importance. In the end it was ALL a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been a patient of Optical Eyeland for over 20 years! Ive always enjoyed the personal attention they give me and my family. Over these years Ive had a few emergency situations where they were very accomodating and assuring. I also love the fact that they have evening hours on some days of the week, allowing me to come in after regular work hours. Mostly, I love the people at Optical Eyeland...I guess thats the real reason I would never think about going somewhere else. They are very kind, and you quickly get the feeling they truly care about their patients.

This place is fantastic! I called around before going in. Unlike other places, the person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer questions. This is probably due to the ophthalmologist being right there. They got my classes ready quickly & without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place. Its worth driving there & past other eye shops.

If you need your glasses done quickly I suggest you go elsewhere. Two weeks ago I placed an order for a pair that would be covered by my health provider. It was supposed to take 7 days. What makes it worse is the lack of urgency in getting the glasses. I guess if you dont pay their inflated retail prices you will not be treated as a valued customer..

Ive been coming here since 2007. Such a great nice place. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have good prices. Ive never had a problem with any of my orders. Love it here and will continue to come to this location for my eye needs

The best place for eye care in the area. If you want cheaply made frames, go to Costco. If you want quality products and the best physicians in the area. I wouldnt take my family anywhere else.
