Total waste of time, do not bother going here. Told me they accepted my insurance, however once I drove all the way there they then told me I was out of network and would have to pay additional fees. Gave them my information to find out what the total would be out of network (since I had already gone all the way over there) and they said they would call me with this information and then they didnt. I had to call them and give my information again, put on hold for over 15 minutes and then they disconnected me. Called back again and had to wait some more... spending money shouldnt be this hard, maybe they dont want to be in business. Honestly, if they had just taken 2 seconds when I called to make the appointment to tell me the insurance provider that I told them I had when they ASKED ME for it was out of network then I wouldnt have had to waste all of my day off playing games with their "supervisor"

The woman at the front desk in the doctors office, believe her name was Chrissy, was completely unprofessional. She gave my wife a dirty look as we were sitting in the reception area waiting for my appointment. When I went into my assessment she got very close and made me uncomfortable. My wife came back with me during the actual part waiting for the doctor. At this point she proceeded to bend down in a short shirt exposing her stomach and waist on purpose. So inappropriate and unprofessional. Was having a pleasant day until this. Wouldnt suggest this place for anyone until she is fired. Rest of the staff was wonderful. Afterwards, another staff however touched me arm while my wife was picking out glasses. Complained to manager about this and he said its something he naturally does as well and never even inquired on who the employee was. Crazy experience. Awful.

If you could rate the optometrist I would give him 5 stars, but the sales staff only deserve one star. After picking out the pair of glasses I wanted I was shocked to find out it would be just over $600 for one pair of glasses. I wasnt happy with the price so I took my prescription and left. Made one phone call to Four Eyes and they carried the same frame I wanted. Ended up getting two pairs of glasses from them for less than what Lensecrafters wanted to charge for one pair. If you find something you like do yourself a favor and check around with the competition before buying from Lensecrafters. Just get the brand name and number off the tag on the frame and you should be able to find it pretty easy.

Jhon helped me out tonight with a glasses purchases and the experience was absolutely amazing. He waited for me after hours almost an hour after the store closed. That is what customer service is all about. I definitely will recommend anyone shopping for quality to visit their store. These guys are truly professionals & one of the only places you can get Cartier in your prescription. Also the guys in the lab do an awesome job. Been coming here for years but today I feel compelled to write a nice review because of John and Angels service. Thanks guys and Ill be back soon.

made an appointment for my child but when we got there after filling out all the paperwork and waiting around they I formed me the doctor would not see children under 7. Could have told me that anytime before I had found child care for my younger child and pulled the patient from school

I agree, best customer service I was in and out the day after Christmas, angel helped me, he got my replacement glasses raven care of for me in less than 2 hours and he let me walk around with my old glasses in the mall for the meantime. THANK YOU ANGEL

I bought a pair of glasses. Same brand and model was a little more expensive than other provider, but the service made the difference.. They made sure I go out happy, the technology they use is one of the top. I will come back next year.

Had me on hold for 20 min after calling 4 times just to be transferred from the upstairs store to the downstairs store until i called corporate and all of a sudden everyone wanted to do their job. Will never go back there again!!!
