Had an eye exam and bought a pair of glasses. The eye doctor was in a hurry to get through the eye exam and was having problems with the rotation part of my prescription of one of my eyes. I showed him my old prescription and he was happy to be rid of me. I bought a pair of glasses(which are sweeeettt, but expensive) but when I asked for them to be adjusted because they are crooked the owner brought the young guy out of the back to do it. He adjusted the glasses but they were still crooked. And he told me he could not tell that they were crooked which they obviously were. This was happening all in front of the owner and he did nothing. Eventually I got tired of dealing with them and tried to adjust my glasses at home. I came back and they adjusted them again but they are still crooked. That same guy said he couldnt tell. He was obviously doing this on purpose for some reason. So here I am with an expensive pair of glasses but they are crooked and no one else wants to adjust them. Thanks a lot.

Theyre always very professional and pleasant at this office. The entire staff does wonderful with explaining anything from your vision exam to picking out contacts and/or glasses. While picking out glasses, they take everything is consideration from the shape of your face, to the color and style that you want and what you will look the best in. No one ever pushes you to buy something you dont absolutely love! Hands down the best place to go!

The 4 stars is for the Doctor. She was great. The reps in the store though were slightly rude in the fact that they ignored me until I approached them regarding my eye appointment. You should always acknowledge customers entering your establishment. There were 2 reps helping 1 person. Why?? Id pull the race card, but Im not that petty. *wink*

Go see these guys! The Dr. is great and takes her time to make sure you understand everything. Then the staff does so much better then any chain. Kevin was great and worked hard to help explain the options and found frames that looked best for me . I wouldnt trust any one else.
