Horrible! They got me in the door for an eye exam and glasses with a 2 for $99 and free eye exam offer. Once we arrived we waited for our appt while looking at different frames for my 4 year old. I asked about the "deal" and was told any frames $99 Or less were part of the promotion. After looking at the very small kid selection we managed to find 3 pair of glasses that fell into the $99 Or less, all 3 where much to big for my little girl. I was then called back to see the doctor. Before going back I wanted to make sure I knew what I would pay for the 2 frames my daughter did like. I was told "its basically buy one get one free, with a free eye exam if you buy 2 pairs". The frames she likes were $149 and $129, figuring I would pay $149 We went ahead with the eye exam. Once confirmed she would need glasses we sit down to order her frames. My total, before extras, $278! I said, but you told me it was buy one get one! She says, "yes, on the $99 pairs". She knew I was asking how much it would be for the more expensive frames I was holding, but because the doctor was ready to see me, and we were prepared to walk out, she flat out lied to me on the price. I asked if could pay for the eye exam ($59) and shop around for frames, returning if we found nothing cheaper. I was told that once I walked out the door, the eye exam would no longer be free. Well, we walked out that door, and stumbled into Americas Best. Not only did we buy 2 pairs of glasses for $69 ($99 if you include insurance on both pair) but if we had gone there in the first place that price would have included her eye exam. They also had about 100 frames to choose from, compared to optical outlets 20 pairs (3 that were 2 for $99). Never step foot in this place. They will lie to you. And every time you push back they add new fees. On a side note: The doctor was amazing with my daughter. Its a shame he is tied to such a horrible eye glass provider. We will never go back!

Hi I can only speak from my own personal visits there. Ive been going there for years, Ive seen managers go and come. Personally from day one ,my experiences has always always been acceptable. Some speak of wait time, well wherever you go there is waiting. I deal in public relations, and when I walk into a place of business, and one of employers takes a few seconds to tell me welcome, they will be with us as soon as they can ,I can appreciate that. They deal with the public, sometimes a patient talks longer than others, that is acceptable for me. We need to learn patient wherever we go to these businesses. To be competent and you as a whole getting the best care sometimes needs time. So I rate high. In all areas employees ,service ,and condition of store. Front management to service and Doctor. THANK you for about 15 tears or more.

I choose this location for myself and my children through referral. The doctor prescribed my daughter contacts that infected her eye and created a stye with. Pulse this was terrible as you can imagine for a teenager. They then stated they would make an Emergency appointment in which the doctor still wanted to charge me and Wouldnt even walk out to give advice as to what we should do. They lied and stated they. Contacted the insurrance to get replacement glasses. They referred her to the ER WHICH REFERRED US THEM. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT GO HERE AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVR ANY EYE TROUBLE FROM THEIR WORK. U WANT ME TO PAY MY MONEY BUT YET I CANT EVEN SPEAK WITH THE EYE DOCTOR.

Very poor service, my wife called 2 hours before I left home which is 30min away to make sure that my kids could be seen today, we get here and the girl at the front counter was very snotty and told me that the doc cant see my 5 & 6 year old kids today. Someone walked in right before us she says I was even kind enough to hold the door for the lady and her kid which the rep saw, this is very bad service, they just lost my & my insurance business, Im very big in customer service as a Store Manager and I always make exceptions and go above and beyond for my customers! I will spread the news and make sure they improve their staffing qualities!! Will never be back here!

Great experience here!!! They were very busy when I arrived for my appointment so I figured there would be quite the wait but I was wrong. The staff was very friendly and professional and the doctor took a lot of time with me with all of my questions. There were A LOT of options with the $99 promo. I felt really bad for one of the staff Because of a lady with her kid in tow was being extremely rude but she still handled it with amazing grace. My glasses were back sooner than expected and fit perfectly!!! Thank you Optical Outlook, you are the only place I will go for my eye wear and care!!!

I have been to this store twice, the first time I went there the lady at the desk was busy but was still able to help me. She took time out to help me find a pair of glasses that fit me perfectly. The second time I was there they all were extremely busy but the manager took the time to help me with my problem which was i was foolish enough to sit on my glasses and break them. The manager explained to me what options I had and helped to get new glasses, if I ever need another pair of glasses or know anyone who does I would definetly recommend this location!!!!!

Took 3 hours for the initial exam. My appointment was for noon. There were 8 others scheduled at the same time. When I ordered glasses I was not told about insurance reauthorization. I was told glasses would take 1 and 1/2 weeks. I called today to find out that the order has not gone in yet and it may take 2 more weeks. This is unacceptable. No notification of the delay! Still no glasses. My insurance company states that no reauthorization is required. The store manager took my order. No communication at all. I am writing to corporate.

Very rude customer service. They swapped my brand of contacts with no explanation after telling me i "have no reason not to and just do it". Then when ordering contacts they constantly order the wrong amount. Then they lost my contacts by sending it to the wrong location, and when i called to check on them i got yelled at saying i shouldnt worry about it. Terrible place to order from and they lost 2 customers since my gf had the same experience. I would rather go anywhere else honestly.

Poor management and customer service. Needed to get the information for my daughters prescription because to include the PD info so that I can replace glasses that she has damaged over the Summer. I was very disappointed to learn that it is their company policy is to not give this information with no exception to the this policy. Very disappointed that they were not willing to assist me even after explaining my complete situation and why I needed to have this information urgently.
