The only reason I stand to give this review even two stars is due to Dr. Schneier. Personally, I give him five stars. I came back here TWICE with my parents eye checkups because I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Schneier. Hes incredibly caring and patient—almost the opposite of Dr. Victor Thomas. Our experience with Dr. Thomas makes me want to avoid this practice as much as possible. Dont expect him to give you any more of his time of day than he has to. Unlike Dr. Schneier, hes reluctant to answer questions from concerned patients. IF he decides to give answers, he will be extremely condenscending about it. Actually, I dwelled on our two encounters for awhile to decide whether or not I should have given him the benefit of the doubt (since our appointments were in the morning, perhaps he was cranky?), but the overall experience was undoubtedly unpleasant and almost belittling. I was severely disappointed in our experience as concerned patients. Basically, avoid him since youre going to feel like nothing more than a nuisance—not a patient.

Very poor professionalism, in addition to that the office doesnt even know how much our bill was but billing is the one that dictates that. Ive not been contacted back from billing and also we signed the papers stating that our maximum amount billed would be $350, my total is almost $700 due to testing however he administered eye drop and looked at her eyes. So if that was the additional $350 to make it $700, what was the initial $350 for??? Then how is it that the actual office I visited doesnt even know how much they billed me.

Dr. Schneier MD is the best eye physician Ive worked with. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, & precise! Goes the extra mile whenever possible. We had a minor complication with this surgery and he was able to fix it in the office without having another out patient surgery . My vision has drastically improved, no more headaches, double vision, and best of all my eyes are straight. I highly recommend this group of business professionals to anyone who needs help with their vision or eye movement!!!

From check-in to check-out this office was top notch...I was stressed out because I was a few minutes late due to unexpected traffic problems & they were nothing but gracious. Took me back to the exam room almost immediately & the technician was completely thorough...never felt rushed in trying to figure out the #1 or #2 questions. Dr. Auerbach was willing to address all my questions & even resolved a problem I had had for years & other doctors had just advised me to live with it. Great experience!

First off, the office is beautiful, clean, and very organized. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Gold and all the staff at the Maitland office. They were extremely courteous and right on time. I honestly dont think we even waited for 5 minutes total! My two year old daughter was treated like a princess by everyone. It was such a positive experience for her. We will definitely be back.

I walked in with an emergency, had problems with my pcp referral and this place had an amazing service, the ladies and Eileen in particular, were able to find me solutions help through and in their very busy booked schedule still find a way to be seen. They were very amiable and patient. The doctors are excellent! This is the best medical experience Ive had.

Dr. seems highly competent but the repeated phone calls and emails are a pain in the derriere. If you want patients to respond to your phone messages then leave an extension number or fix your repetitive answering machine! And please stop with the constant emails that are for a survey or some other silliness!

Hate to rate doctor because he seems nice and competent. My issue is how outrageously expensive a simple eye exam is. Our 10 minute eye exam was over $400. Of course, when you walk into the office you can see why. I felt like I was on a cruise ship. Our fault for not asking price first.

WOW-EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR EYES & HOW THEY WORK-PLUS THESE DOCTORS ALL WORK WITH REFERRALS FROM OTHER EYE FACILITIES......VERY NICE ENVIRONMENT-THEY PRACTICALLY HAVE THE WHOLE 2ND FLOOR SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY DIFFERENT AREAS THERE IS-NOT A LONG WAIT FOR ANYTHING
