This is the worst counseling place I have ever set foot in. The one counselor was always late and running behind by half hour or more. Very unprofessional. Also played split roles as in advocating divorce one meeting and trying to help the relationship the next. Passing ppl off to medicine and zero help in life coaching! I waited 3 months for an appointment and I was running 10 minutes late and was told to reschedule by the receptionist which is mean n nasty then I began a panic attack as I badly need some help after spending years with debilitating depression and anxiety! My husband then called back the receptionist as I park off the road crying my eyes out. The receptionist said go to the ER not her problem! I found more relief in a closet crying then these ppl can ever attempt to provide! Horrible place a massage provided more care and compassion!!!! Garbage ! For medical card drug addicts only! These ppl are unfitting for the profession of helping and caring that is completely obvious. as far as Im concerned the whole world has lost its mind!

Absolute worst counseling center in Warren, Ohio. If you value your mental health, do not go here! Therapist acted rude and impersonal and tried to push me into considering divorce after talking to me for a couple of sessions, and I mean push. The therapist also left their cell phone on which buzzed 5 times during the appointment. Didnt turn it off, just kept letting it buzz. There are much better places to go for counseling.

Worst Counseling and unethical. Divorce counseling with the man I loved more than myself ended in a divorce. Plus my insurance payed the whole bill and devastated me emotionally.
