The worst staffing ever. The manager is beyond rude and will laugh at you, argue with you, not answer questions, make you feel humiliated. Now for the doctors they are very good. But to be honest it is not worth going through the rude staff. They are extremely unorganized, not professional, even calling patients idiots while they sit there. Now this is uncalled for. Im writing this review to save anyone with mental issues to go through this. As being a previous client to Anthony Capozzi I can surely tell you the truth. He is a wonderful Doctor. His staff like I stated are unbearable. They make you feel less then what you truly are. I think they forget where they work and who their patients are. Every time I walked in I felt attacked. Also my questions or concerns were disregarded. The system of the uranalisis is not professional. In the beginning you would have to bring it to the front desk. Now who wants that? So thanks to me now you can put it by the door without having to feel uncomfortable. I was a great patient. I really appreciate Capozzi and all that he has done for me. As for the staff I can easily say good bye. I hope nobody ever has to deal with these issues. Please be aware of this before you enter the building. If I could I would give this zero stars.

Id love to be able to give this office a 5 star rating, goodness knows my doctor (Dr. Cevallos) deserves that and more, but the office staff are lazy and incompetent. A records request was sent by a lawyer to their office and instead of sending my current records, they sent last years records which is delaying my response as to whether or not they will take my case. In addition Im now terrified they did the same with social security which would delay and hurt my case. They never call back when they say they will and Ive had records requests sent where I needed to sign a release and instead of calling me to let me know there was even a request sent let alone that a release was needed, they didnt inform me until two months after the fact which hurt an appeal I had with DCF for foodstamps. The office staff is nice enough to your face, but they wont help you when they can get away with avoiding it. My doctor is amazing, but dealing with the issues Im dealing with as far as the office staff goes in addition to my illnesses is fast making it not worth going to that doctor anymore even though he is an exceptional at his job.

Simply the greatest Behavioral Center in Volusia County. An array of services offered. Well appointed waiting area and offices. Professional yet caring and supportive to all clients. For me, a couple of problems have come up personally. One phone call and before the end of the business day, calls have always been answered by my doctor.

The staff at the reception desk are awfully rude. Its unbelievable.
