I would NOT recommend anyone go to Murray Scholl’s Optique – After paying up front for my contacts and appt ($250 on top of insurance), my contact order was never placed and I never received a call for 3 full weeks. After finally getting a hold of the receptionist and telling him I was out of contacts, he promised to rush my year supply of contacts. Again, hearing nothing – I stopped by during business hrs to check and the doors were locked. Needless to say, when I finally got in touch with them (they never called me) - the order was in – but it was only a MONTH’s supply. To top it all off – the left and right boxes were labeled wrong, meaning I wore an astigmatism contact in the wrong eye for a week and my vision was extremely blurry! I’m not one to write reviews – but SERIOUSLY – I want to warn anyone and everyone – DON’T RISK IT!

I have had two sets of glasses through this place, and my husband has had one set. After being on OHP and going through a company that they will cover it was a blessing to have my own insurance and choose where I see a doctor. The OHP doctor messed up so bad on my glasses that I couldnt wear them, and that was after three tries!!! I had no hope for this company when I entered, but when my glasses arrived I was 10000% satisified. They were perfect. The insurance was a breeze. Now with my newest set of glasses, I had to wait longer than expected to get them, but that wasnt the doctors fault, but the labs, but again perfect lenses. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Never had a dedicated eye doctor before. Looked around and found this place online, thought Id give it a shot. The office staff was very friendly and very determined to get all of my insurance taken care of. They were having problems finding all the necessary information but they were very persistent and made the process easy for me. Dr Cline was very thorough with her examination and explained everything in detail. I never felt rushed like I usually do when I got to any type of doctor. I highly recommend!

Myself and our two elementary aged children have been in for annual eye exams with Dr. Hossini. He is the BEST! Would it be weird to say I feel like we could take this guy out to coffee and hang out? Yep, sounds kinda weird. He obviously knows his stuff, but is very relate-able and is absolutely great with the kids. Our kids wanted to take him with us next door to Mango Tango after our eye appointments. The staff have always been professional and courteous.

Loved the frame selection at this place! I hate wearing my glasses and almost always would prefer to wear contacts. When coming into the office I wasnt very optimistic about finding something I would like and was shocked to find quite a few options available. The staff was helpful and patient while I tried on almost every pair! lol And the best part is, the ones I found...I will actually wear them!!

Dr. Paymon Hossini is the best! My wife and I had to bring in our two small children (3 & 5) and he was so nice and welcoming to them. He even let them come into the exam room with me to watch what was going on. They have a nice play area for the kids too, with books and toys. Definitely recommend this business if you need an eye exam.

We switched to Murray Scholls Vision Center after being thoroughly disgusted with a different vision center less then a quarter mile from their location. They have been very accommodating, patient, cheaper in cost, and by far 10 times better overall. I only wish I had found them when we first moved to Oregon five years ago.

I was misled about insurance coverage of an exam and ended up paying out of pocket for services. Be careful!
