I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. what a rip of. Was quoted $40 bucks out of pocket for check up, total shocker when i went to pay. Did not expect to pay 7 times more than what was quoted. Then what could you do at that point. You have to pay. Was charged over $170 for EACH EYE just to get fitted for contacts! Local doctors charge $120 for contact inspection and that is both eyes. Its nuts to charge per eye! If you do go there be prepared, its almost like you need a printed quote before they start so there are no surprises. *To make it worse, they contacted me asking if I could take this review down!*

I have been a patient at Baseline Vision Clinic for over 20 years now and have nothing but the most positive experiences evert time I have an appointment. Dr. Miller has always gone the extra mile in providing the very best care possible. I have had a couple of eye emergencies where she and her staff made sure I was seen asap, even when it meant staying past closing until I could get there! I also appreciate how Dr. Miller always understands my unique needs when prscribing contacts and glasses. She just gets me! And I really appreciate it! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Fantastic! Dr Joan is the best. Has given me excellent care for a decade and diagnosed a complex vision problem for my husband, correcting a lifetime of issues for him. After all these years of being told he had a learning disability, finding out it was his eyes was a shocker......... but better late than never, it has changed his life. While her prices are higher than your doc in a box chain vision clinics, you get what you pay for & what price can you put on eye health?

Weve been going to Baseline Vision Clinic for 25 years, and are very happy with their service. Yes, youll pay a little more than at some mall kiosk - but the mall wont even look for, let alone find, the problems that Joan Miller has found and corrected in the eyes of three of our family members. Baseline Vision has the equipment and the expertise - and the diligence - to give excellent service... not just a new lens prescription. These folks work hard to get it right!

Dr. Miller and her staff are outstanding in every way with being kind, courteous, and professional. She spent time explaining what tests she was performing as well as the results. I had a thorough exam like no other in the past. The staff in the optical department were also awesome in helping me pick out new frames that were pleasing to my facial contour. The office just gives 100% plus in good customer service.

My experience with getting a prescription was quite good. The doctor and assistants were all great. I had problems with shopping for the lens and frames though. I was trying to make decisions taking into account cost and the frame lady did not seem up front at all about what the low cost options were and I had to choose and then wait for her to do calculations, then try another pair etc.

I looked around the area to see who had the best reviews since, I was getting my first eye exam. I was seeing by Dr. Miller, she was beyond exceptional. She made me feel like I was part of her family. I am very pleased with their service. Everyone there are very friendly and make you feel welcome and that is why without hesitation, I give them 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

Its well worth it to me to drive almost an hour each way to see Dr Miller. Shes been my eye care professional for over 25 years, and for good reason; shes very knowledgeable, listens well to her patients, and is very personable. Shes extremely thorough and spots problems in the early stages so that treatment is effective. I highly recommend her.

I went out of my way to get her care when my insurance wouldnt cover visits to her. 5/5, would recommend. She is worth every out of pocket penny.
