Had another wonderful experience here this week when my little dog, Emily, had to have a mass removed. The staff and Dr. Todd were all fantastic, and Emily did great while in their care. They even created an adorable Bravery certificate for her for being so good on her big day! While it may seem small, it was really special for us. Emily recovered very well, better than from any other procedure in the past, and her incision looks great, albeit ouchy! Every experience I have had here has been excellent, from the reception staff to the techs to the kennel to the doctors to the manager, we are treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care every time. I have been in the field for 20 years and am very cautious about who I trust my pet to; I CHOOSE to bring my pup here because I know she will receive the best possible care from an amazing team.

Dr. Lisa is amazing to work with. She takes the time to over options, stragity and cost on the care of our pets. She followed up with us on the initial visit to make sure our black lab was healing. We ended up having to bring her back in because we didnt want to do a full panel of testing on the first visit and wasnt recoving as we hoped. On the second visit we did more testing and discovered our girl has cancer. Its never easy news to explain but they handled it well and were their to answer any questions we have. She called me again a couple weeks later to check in and see what we needed. They truly care about your pets needs understand that they are really your family members.

Dr. Trerise is phenomenal - he has been caring for our family of pooches since 2004, which he has made it a point to get to know each of them intimately - and thru-out the years, each pooch loves coming to see him! His expertise is immense, we trust his judgement and knowledge, and the way that he keeps up his knowledge up, seeking new and further educational trainings, He has not missed one diagnosis on our pooches over the years, being able to treat, heal, and extend preventative measures that have always been right on the mark Do yourself, and your pooches, a favor by, choosing him as your pooches doctor, as we have - wed follow him ANYWHERE!! This place is outstanding in every aspect. Boarding: Raven and the gang who work in boarding are lovely--kind, attentive and invested in making sure our dog, Izzy, was comfortable in her new digs. We will be returning. VETERINARY: Dr. Gregg Takashima was thorough and caring when dealing with Izzy. She was comfortable--even relaxed-- when having her check up and shots. She really liked the place, and so did we. Glad to have found it!
