My sister had an emergency with her cat that was bleeding from his neck I we called Around looking for someone to help us especially at a time were finances are little tight and Michelle at the hospital with no hestitation told us to get our animal there. Arriving at the NOVATO VETERINARY HOSPITAL -Dr. Powers and staff helped us with our injured cat and billed us. We can not thank them enough for helping us today unlike the other 2 business that tuned us away for nonpayment at time of service. Dr glassmaker is great! I was referred to him by a really close friend. My cat got hit and was gone for 10 days and came back a mess. Dr Glassmaker looked at him immediately and kept him for the weekend! He is good with the animals and talks to them to make them feel comfortable. The staff is great too.

Such a good old school veterinarian, who truly cares not only about his patients, but their pawrents (parents - owners) too. The staff is busy, but manage to stay friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Glassmaker.
