The service is great. They dont care about your pocket book. New practice and Monica, the only degree there, milks you for every dollar she can. Ive been there for multiple issues with 4 animals and have spent over 4 grand on common problems. None of them resolved. I went there for fluids for two of my cats with renal failure, and she wouldnt give them to me without a $280 ultrasound, plus many other charges totaling $1200. Theyre dying anyway, I dont care if the fluids might exacerbate the heart murmur, just wanted them to feel better in their last days. Shouldve been 20 bucks for that one...just dont go there unless all you need are vaccines..

I recently visited them to have my young dog neutered. They gave great service, were friendly, neighborly and were considerably cheaper than other vets in the area. As this is a relatively new business and theyre building their clientele, I feel sure extended and weekend hours will come in the near future. They held an open house last weekend and it was really nice! I switched, but to them.

No Saturday or extended evening hours, so I had to take time off of work to go. Also, I have insurance for my pets, which required copies of the file notes. It took two weeks to get the copies from this vet. This happened for two different incidents. Ive switched to another vet with more hours and who can give the insurance the information they request within a couple of hours.

I have a cat with scratching problems that were identified as food allergies. The food they recommended seems to be helping quite a bit. The staff is nice and genuinely cares for the animals. My cat really likes the people here. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

After determining that my cat needs surgery, they have taken 4 days to get me a cost estimate! No weekend hours, no after hours assistance. I've got a sick kitty and need to find a new vet now.

I think their work is good, but in my 3-4 visits, I have waited between 1/2 hour and and hour for service and/or pick/up. Scheduling seems inadequate. Not acceptable in my book.

I live in bremerton and i take all my pets here its worth it dr monica and her staff are incredible would definitely recommend them to every one
