I had never been to a chiropractor before seeing Dr. Baranick at milwaukie spine and sport. I was very skeptical and didnt think it would help me. I was completely wrong. Jon, the office manager/ Jack of all trades told me about a headache study going on through the university of western states. I was able to sign up for that and saw Dr. Baranick about 3 times a week for help with my neck headaches. I went from having 10+ headaches a month to maybe 1-3. Since that program, Ive also seen Dr Wilde who has been very helpful at givin me exercises to do at home to prevent having to come in. Who does that- they actually care about me and want me to feel good, not necessarily have to come in all the time. Seriously these people are amazing. Ive even gone to the two massage therapists Phyllis and Brittany and had great experiences. I recommend this place to everyone I know. And apparently people I dont know- people of Google- go to milwaukie spine and sport, your body will thank you!

I was introduced to Dr. Wilde through snowboarding friends on Mt. Hood. He has helped me a ton during two rehab and healing processes, in the later stages of my recover after I broke my leg in 3 places, as well as after a surgery replacing part of my elbow joint. Ive dealt with quite a few people through the course of my injuries, and its evident who really cares and who is just going through the motions. Its obvious Jordan is passionate about what he does and really wants to help people recover, be stronger, and know how to keep that strength. I can tell he clearly paid attention during the education process and is staying current too. When I ask questions I get good answers. As for the overall office feel, it was good. I liked that it was professional, but didnt have that medical/hospital feel. No big white panels and blank rooms. Id definitely recommend going here and seeing Jordan.

I found out about Milwaukie Spine & Sport through the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce. After talking to Jon about some of my knee problems he scheduled me an appointment for both a a chiropractic session and a massage. Jordan was my chiropractor and he worked on fixing the issues which was a real treat compared to other chiropractors I have seen. After the amazing service I had there my wife started to go for chiropractic and massage. Now she goes to Milwaukie Spine & Sport every time she has a pamper day. I would highly recommend the team at Milwaukie Spine & Sport for their amazing service and expertise.

At Milwaukie Spine And Sport, under Dr. Jordan Wildes care, I was ready to do back flips after only four treatments. I highly recommend this physical therapist/chiropractor for anyone looking for relief, or progress on symptoms, where you couldnt find it anywhere before. I am a lifelong chiropractic patient since I was 17, and this is the absolute best treatment I have ever received! Dont take my word for it, go in and see for yourself.

They speak with clarity and bring the wisdom of their experience to each encounter. I was fortunate to get a treatment with Jordan Wilde and I learned a lot. Had a session with the newest Chiropractor, Dave today. It was great. Dave is a solid guy and a very good teacher. Treated this middle-aged office guy like the athlete I used to be! Dave is a very good teacher as well. Solid needs/goals based assessment followed by easy to understand instructions regarding what I need to do, and more importantly why. No condescension, or use of jargon. Dave is a very good doctor. 5 STARS.
