I was referred to Dr. Vance to try and figure out the cause of vision issues. I had gone through 4 glasses prescriptions and still could not see clearly at that point. I also had very bad balance, vertigo-like sensations, and migraines on a regular basis. I assumed this was due to the vision. As it turned out, there was neurological/autoimmune issues causing all this and the vision was merely one of the symptoms. Within the first appointment, Dr. Vance started addressing the balance and migraine issues. Those symptoms started improving immediately. Over time, following additional testing, bloodwork, and daily exercises and supplements, as well as dietary changes from newly discovered food allergies, I get migraines very infrequently, my balance is normal, and with a final glasses prescription, I can see clearly. Finally, no more double vision or cross-eyed sensation. The world of functional neurology seems too odd to actually work, but it really does! You will see results right away. Keep an open mind and follow the protocol he recommends at home and many neurological related issues can be corrected. I highly recommend Dr. Vance.

Its been a while since Ive been to a chiropractor; Ive had a couple too many slightly more aggressive adjustments than I was seeking. But my neck had been jacked since December, and massage wasnt clearing it up. Dr. Vance has got some really decent skills: his chiropractic adjustments were gentle as a kitten, and the neuro component of which DACNB refers, seems to offer a great deal more understanding on his part of whats going on with physical maladies on my part. He offered the short story and long story of the way the visit would progress, and damn if he didnt spend a great deal of time with me to answer my questions and allay my concerns. The adjustments have held well beyond my just getting to my car, which is a very good thing. Ive made another appointment for a week or so, more about quality of life than physical grievances this time. Im really grateful for his work!

Dr. Vance is a Clinician that has and shows compassion to his patients. He is sensitive to the needs of his patients and cares about their well being. Dr. Vance was my room mate and my Chiropractor as he served his internship at Life University. I suffered with neck and lower back pain, but Dr. Vance treated me and to this day my neck and lower back pain is completely gone and I am living a better quality of life today.
