Loved my experience at the Tualatin Kaiser. Ive picked up prescriptions, gotten blood work done, and had an appointment with an allergy doctor, and each time I was so impressed. I am used to going to the Kaiser on Sunnyside in Clackamas, and although the staff and service is awesome, the wait time is probably three times what it is at Tualatin. In Clackamas the pharmacy is always a zoo and getting in to your doctor is not always the quickest process. At Tualatin I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Hong very quickly and easily. I also only had about a 5 minute wait at the pharmacy as opposed to an hour (or more) wait in Clackamas. I love both locations but would definitely choose Tualatin if I was needing to get in and out quickly.

I was blessed to have providence for a year before switch jobs and now my coverage is back to Kaiser. I dont know what it is but after 25 years as a "customer" the amount of time this company has kept me waiting- has got to be equivalent to one year. No matter WHAT- I am seen 15-30 minutes after my "appointment time". This company kills me. You think youd be able to be seen on your lunch break. This time all I need is a referral for a broken foot. THATS IT. I cant lie about a broken foot- and you "need" a referral. This company is by far, the biggest waste of my personal and precious time. I will not stay with kaiser. And if you have a choice- providence was a DREAM.

They had great great doctors and staff on duty but everything just seemed to move super slow. No one was in a rush and it took me 2 and a half hours to get a routine check up. Once my check up was finished I was sent to the wrong place twice by the sheets they gave me and the staff on duty. Because of this I missed work and I still have to go back and finish up my visit because I had to leave early.

The Tualatin Kaiser Permanente Medical Center is awesome. I love that its a all-in-one place, where you can do your labs, see your doctor, and pick up your medicine. You can also grab a snack and a coffee while youre there! The staff are friendly and helpful, which is extremely important. I especially appreciate how helpful and friendly the pharmacy staff is there.

I took my son to the allergy clinic at this location and had a great experience with the front staff, medical assistants, pharmacist and the doctor (who we loved) very sharp, effecient and caring staff at this location. We will be going back even though it is a much further distance than the Beaverton-Hillsdale Kaiser

Great doctors... great service, just hate the waits and the lines. Shortest wait here has been over 45 minutes after my appt was scheduled. And the labs and pharmacy are take a number and wait again. 30 min to and hour wait each. And scheduling and appt two weeks out is considered quick.

New member. In my first two interactions, Ive been misgendered, condescended to, offered the wrong meds, told they didnt have the supplies required to administer my meds, and generally treated like something to be scraped off ones shoes. I dont appreciate it, and it isnt okay.

Just had a sleep study at this location last night. The techs were all very kind and seemed to enjoy their job. My tech Chris was very nice and cheerful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was very nervous and was able to settle down in the room I was assigned to.

Just in case anybody wondered, 10 minutes actually takes over 2.5 hours in this pharmacy. Just for me to have to take my script elsewhere anyway. I would rather pay full price through another pharmacy than use this joke of a pharmacy through my insurance.

I havent had a bad experience from any department here so far! I love having everything under one roof, and the staff is great from the start! If I had one negative thing to say about Kaiser, it would be that there arent enough Urgent Care locations.

kaiser is a joke. you literally cant call in for an appointment. if you show up in person you can have a appointment but it will be a few weeks out. if you would like to sit here all day maybe we can see you.

A nice asset for the Tualatin Valley. Good location for Sherwood, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Lake Oswego. Generally good health care. KP has come a long way from its roots in the 1940s San Fernando Valley
