The first thing out of the doctors mouth when he entered the room was, hello Brian do you use illegal drugs at all or have a history of drug abuse? He kept stomping his foot every-time he said anything to me in anger and irritation that I was even there in his holy presence. He then checked my eyes, ears and tongue, then ran a drug urine test telling me it was to check for kidney problems. I was there for severe back pain on the lower left side. I work full time w benefits, have no criminal record and am a electronics hardware and software specialist. I have a hernia I had to find out at another non providence clinic. Thank you so much for being so compassionate.

I have had my dr appointments there for almost all of the 18 years I have lived in sherwood. I made an appointment this time, and because I have been healthy and not in for a few years, I now have to be seen as a new patient. I have to be seen by someone other than the doctor for a screening. More$$$$. I stand in like on the first floor only to be sent to the second floor. In a second line. TIME. Im glad I showed up 45 min early. As I get checked in and I feel out paperwork, of info that should be in the computer I get to listen to a receptionist talk about how she dislikes a coworker and she will not work with her.... what a train wreck

I took my daughter, Alexa, in this afternoon for severe back pain after a phone call to her doctor advised me to do so. It took the receptionist over 8 minutes to check us in, not sure what the problem was. We waited over 45 minutes to be seen. I have used the clinic in the past and was told by one of the doctors that Providence only staffs ONE doctor in this clinic. This is unacceptable! The waiting room was rather full when we arrived and continued to fill as we waited. Some of these people were very sick, coughing, etc. My daughter was writing in pain. Needless to say, our family will not return to this clininc

Waited for 1-1/2 hrs before I was taken to an exam room, then another 10-15 minutes waiting in there. When the doctor did finally come in there was a child crying and he told me all about how the child had burned his hands on a motorcycle muffler and the little boy was not very happy with them because it felt good while the cold water was being run over his hands, but now that they took the water away and were trying to bandage it he was hurting again. I was stunned that a physician would so openly violate HEPA by telling me so much. He ended the conversation with "I bet he wont touch a motorcycle muffler again."

I take my son (18 months old) & daughter (1 month old) here for their well-baby checkups. They have a very good process for these appointments: 1. You come in early to fill out a form that asks a bunch of relevant questions 2. They take you and your kid back to appointment rooms and a nurse takes all of the measurements. 3. The doctor comes in and reads over the form and addresses any concerns you have, as well as gives you advice based on your answers to the form. Dr. Tevatia is great and always takes the time to answer any questions we have and is very good at pointing out areas where we can improve.

Unbeliavably rude secretary. I called on Wednesday July 1st at 6:30 pm, and asked if lab results were processed in house and was unable to receive any sort of answer. Not only did I not receive an answer, I was spoken to by a angry, bitter, immature woman. This is a PROFESSIONAL establishment, yet you wouldnt know it by the tone of the ill informed phone answers. I decided to drive 15 miles away, just to see a different provider because I could not believe a medical facility would hire such faculty. Never coming here or using providence again.

I have been coming here with my kids since my 1st child was born 11 years ago! We use the immediate care occasionally and they have always been great. It is always expected to have a bit of a wait and since it is a doctors office, there are going to be sick people around you. We recently were in for my youngest daughter who had bronchitis. They were great as usual and we waited just a half hour. We now live in Salem and it is totally worth the drive for me.

We have been going since my kids were born. Oldest is 3. I shouldve switched a year ago. Had my daughters well child check and the nurse was unattended and inexperienced. I cant begin to describe the horrific scene when she tried to give my 20 month old an injection. The whole staff is unorganized and make our lives as parents so much more difficult. Switching immediately !!

Went in with no appointment for stiches on my finger - everyone was kind and professional. I used to go to this clinc as my regular doctors office and have always been treated with respect, promptness and compassion. As far as wait time goes for urgent care - it all depends on the day and how many people are in need of treatment. Thank you for the great care.

I honestly love this place! I generally have to go to urgent care because of my chronic pain, and every time Ive been there, Ive gotten medication the same day! I know everyone has there off days at work, but I havent had a rude person or doctor at this clinic! They always take very good care of me, and I always leave feeling relieved and stress-free!

The WORST experience. If you would like "immediate care" do not go here. Over a 3 and a half hour wait and we got there as soon as their doors opened. Absolutely ridiculous. Supposed to be an urgent care and allows walk-ins but you have to wait half a day just to be seen by a doctor.

Worst urgent care its a joke, they take forever to assist you they dont prescribed what you need ,they give you medicine not cover by your ensurance. Garbage Physician assistance. If you have a urgent condition go to the ER or if possible to your primary doctor.

My employer forced me to switch to providence, and it has been quite a shock compared to my previous provider. They almost never pick up their phones, so its pretty much impossible to make an appointment. I might as well not have insurance at this rate.

We went in for my son who cut his forehead open down to the muscle. The physician did an amazing job of stitching my sons face, it is healing beautifully! The nurse was kind and compassionate, she even called later to check in on my son.

Walked in with a potentially serious condition. Was treated with compassion, respect and excellent care. The medical team took time to listen and resisted the urge to send me to the ER. i am grateful. Highly recommend.

My whole family goes to this clinic. the staffs are wonderful greeting you and all the doctors are wonderful. I cant complain at all about this clinic. i just feel safe coming here when im ill or just for check up.
