I am absolutely horrified by this office and Highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. I called today for the first time and had the WORST experience attempting to make an appt. The man who answered the phone answered with an abrupt/rude tone just saying "hello"...no introduction of he was or he was with. So I asked if I had the Silverdale Pediatric Scheduling line and he plainly said "yes" so I asked if I could make an appt for my 10 month old since we just moved here and he is sick. This rude man responded with "what insurance", again in a terrible tone. I said Humana and he said "I guess, let me get an application since I dont have one near me". It honestly sounded like I was interrupting his day. I told him that he was rude and I was just trying to get my son into a pediatrician so I didnt deserve his tone. He responded with "Ok" then hung up the phone on me. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am really not sure why most of the reviews here are negative. I have been going to Silverdale Pediatrics since I was 13 years old, and now I am junior in college and still go to them when necessary. The staff, the medical assistant, and BOTH doctors have always listened and take a personal interest in all their patients. They are family orientated and care about each person they see. I personally see Dr. Niran, and she is the perfect doctor for female patients of any age, especially of the pre-teen to teen range. I love these people and hope more people will see that.

Best of the best, we feel lucky to have them as Doctors! We could not ask for better care for our girls. Both Doctors have always done a fantastic job addressing my concerns about my girls. They have done a great job cultivating a relationship between themselves and our family, and always take the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand. They are highly skilled physicians who also happen to be normal people who are easy to talk to, in my book best of both worlds.

My first experience was good, but then Dr. Saad Al-Agba started ordering unnecessary testing using labs not covered by my insurance. Not once did they ask what lab my insurance uses or tell me that certain tests WERE NOT part of a physical exam and would cost me extra. I had two tests done for my children totaling $400 out of pocket and then when I asked for the results, the front office staff was rude and said I had to request in writing and pay for copying of them!

I only gave one star . The reception stuff is not friendly . Also they like over charge you the bill . Sometimes , they will give you a bill called " self pay medicine tool fee " which u have to pay back by your pocket even u have insurance company ! Like that kind of situation always talks to your insurance company and let them know the situation . U might have to wait about 30 mins to see doctor after your normal appointment time !

Both Doctors are excellent, I have a four year old son and he has been seen by both doctors in the past. Dr. Niran is his regular doctor, she is very thorough on her exams, she answers all of my questions, and she is extremely knowledgeable. My son saw Dr. Saad a few times when Dr. Niran was out and he was also very thorough and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend Silverdale Pediatrics!

My kids have gone here for awhile.if they have gotten sick or needs any doctor evaluation the clinic has provided that.unfortunately this clinic had to let my two kids go do to there insurance but after speaking with the supervisor and knowing reasoning on sudden decisions that this clinic makes.at the end of it all obama care ruins alot of private care clinics and the patients are the one that suffer

I wouldnt mind walking in a finding ALL of the office staff replaced they are the rudest people I have ever met. I LOVE the Doctor though! Thats the only reason I still take my 4 yr old there. I have an apt. this friday and will be bringing up the additude of his front office staff with him.

Dr. Al-Agba and his staff have been wonderful to both my girls and my family. Since day one of my daughters lives they have been to Dr. Al-Agba and we couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend this amazing business and its staff to others.

Dr Al-Agba is patient and firm with my kids. They love him. He focuses on them, and takes the time to get to know them in their entirety. I love the fact that he speaks to them, and not over their heads.
