What a horrible experience. I have been having terrible pain and throbbing in my feet for the past 7 months and have had a hard time walking and had to completely stop exercising which is very important to me. I was told I might have neuropathy so I had an appointment with Dr. Li. He never asked me what my issues were, did a couple of lame tests on my toes and told me I didnt have neuropathy. he didnt know what was wrong with me, couldnt help me and told me I needed to find a doc at U of W. He basically pushed me out the door. My appt. didnt last more than 5 minutes. I would recommend finding another doc.

First, I am a disabled retired veteran with service connected head and body injuries. I have had several MRIs of my brain showing scars. While I have developed HP and Diabetes the doctor ignored my injuries and attributed my head aches, loss of feeling, muscle weakness to my HP and Diabetes. Tried to explain I was having these problems from the day I retired from the Army and before developing HP and Diabetes. How can two Neurologist at MAMC conclude my problems are due to trauma and Olympia Neurology cant. I would recommend going to someone else or get a second opinion.

The nurse was very friendly. However, Dr. Ramneantu was very rude and inconsiderate of my mom’s condition. I did not expect this kind of response from a female doctor. She was not a patience doctor. She was in a rush to get through the appointment. Did not provide hope or compassion on how to move forward with the situation my mom was in. This was completely disheartening because we have already been to several places. Do not take your love ones to this place.

My girlfriend was sent by her PCP twice because her nerves are damaged and she cant walk. She saw Dr. Li on Dec 6, 2010, and Dr. McDowell on January 24, 2011. Both doctors refused to examine her, then stated their opinion that shes just lazy and needs to get out of her wheelchair. When we tried to complain, we were told to go to Harborview. We wont go back to Olympia Neurology, and wouldnt recommend Olympia Neurology to anyone. - Wes Prang, Lacey, WA.

I had a fine experience with them. Dr. Li set my mind at ease about the strange deja vu / waking dream experiences I had had. He explained carefully what he believed was happening with me and why it was not a cause for ongoing concern, and exactly what would be reason for alarm. He assured me that he did not think that reason for alarm would ever happen. He predicted the experiences were over and so far, a year later, he has been right.

These doctors are good at VERY basic cases... beyond the easy I am not sure I would trust them with my left pinky. Please find somewhere else for hard cases, even if it means a drive. I dont want more families to be harmed by this practice and their old school beliefs.

My family has been going to Dr. Ramneantu for several years. She has always been prompt with our appointments and a great source of advice. Great clinic!
