Carrie Welty (ARNP) is great, respectful, caring, compassionate but unfortunately, the staff at the front desk, that answer the phones are rude, disrespectful and absolutely unwilling to listen or think. I suppose since it is not their family member in need of urgent assistance I should not expect them to show a tiny bit of concern or to go out of their way to deliver a message to the doctor that they "urgently" referred a member of my family to the wrong place, a place that could not provide the service needed.

Im a current patient that needed to be seen immediately and they just said they couldnt do anything for me, but maybe the next day. Immediate attention means immediately and yet this office doesnt care. When I said it was time to find a new doctor because Ive had too many issues with the practice, the glorified secretary said, "ok, Ill go ahead and put that in your file." These people DO NOT CARE about their patients well being at all! Use this office at your own risk!

Not often that Im immediately insulted by staff the moment I walk in at 715am. Pro tip: a large guy, asking in a level voice, why the elevator isnt working is too intimidating for the staff to handle. Doctor Healy thinks everyone should take the stairs anyway, so theres apparently no reason to even turn it on, ADA be damned.

Dont bother calling if you actually need to see a doctor! They book 6 weeks out for new patients, then offered to let me pay $40 to facetime with one?! Uhhhhhh, how am I supposed to get proper care and lab testing over facetime?

Love this place. All the staff are helpful. Almost always same day appointments for established patients. Very nice and clean environment! My son and I absolutely love our provider Dr. Sullivan.
