Was here today with my boyfriend. Service was quick (which given it is an Urgent Care, really depends on how busy they are) and friendly. Check in was started by the front desk and he was given a tablet to review his previous info and answer some questions about his reason for visit. This allowed for a private way to communicate his complaint prior to being seen. He was seen by ARNP Neesha (??) She listened to his concerns and quickly came up with a diagnosis. He needed to see an Ophthalmologist asap and she went out of her way to call around and try and find an office that was open today due to the holiday. On top of that, the Rx she wrote for his condition was not going to be covered under his insurance and would have had to pay $440 out of pocket. I called the urgent care while at the pharmacy, and they quickly sent over a new request for a drug that is covered under his ins. The facility is new and has a retro coffee shop design/feel. We will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in need of Urgent care services.

I called in right when they opened to see what the wait time was, she said no one was there. I popped in and was in and out in about 35 minutes. I didnt pay anything up front because its going through my insurance but I dont anticipate it being more than maybe $60 and for that kind of service I wouldve happily paid $100+. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Indigo and especially this location if you need something taken care of and cant get in to the see the doctor. Thank you Indigo and staff!

The best urgent care experience I have ever had! The staff are incredibly kind, caring and personable, they immediately focused on my needs made me feel comfortable and thought of a plan of action. The staff are incredibly thorough, and do their best to get everything you may need for care. The doctors are knowledgeable and kind and do their best to answer all questions you may have. The clinic itself is very chic and clean. Overall if you need urgent care I highly suggest this facility they really truly are great.

My recent experience at Indigo Urgent Care was a total 10! Weve spent countless hours in emergency with athlete kids getting stitched up after ball games etc. so waiting for medical care at the hospital is one of my LEAST favorite activities! When I recently injured my hand, I was dreading the possibility of another long night in a waiting room. But Indigo had us in and out so quickly! Staff was professional yet compassionate. I wouldnt hesitate to go in now and would highly recommend to friends and family.

The facility is new, clean and modern which is a huge plus in my book. No one likes waiting around in an urgent care clinic, but the lobby felt more like a hip coffee lounge than a doctors office. The staff was friendly and prompt, I was seen quickly and the Nurse Practitioner took the time to explain what was going on in my body and how the medications prescribed would help. It seems like not many providers will take the time to explain things to you so I really appreciated that.

Great vibe walking in the door. Very kind staff upfront. Quick check in, short wait time. All of the staff were very respectful, helpful, and explained things well. The doctor came quickly, and asked many detailed questions before coming to a conclusive diagnosis. I was extremely surprised by the quality of care. I have never been treated so well at an urgent care clinic. I am very pleased with my visit and would recommend everyone try it out over other options.

Every person who took care of me were wonderful. I wish I could remember everyones names. I came in with a broken leg, in so much pain, and they all treated me so kindly and with compassion. I was able to be seen quickly and have an X-ray without making a trip to the emergency room and potentially waiting several hours to be seen. I will definitely return to indigo if I have emergent needs in the future. Thank you so much everybody at Tumwater Indigo!

I am not from this area but searching Google Maps, I saw this urgent care was highly rated. I came in with an ankle injury where I could not put weight on my leg without immense pain and they immediately took care of me (even opened the door for my poor one foot hopping self) and told me the best practices to recover. The doctor explained my injury to me in a manner I could understand. A 5* rating well deserved from an out-of-towner.

Very clean, friendly place. Very fast at getting me seen. The staff was very nice and I was in and out very soon. However, I feel that the doctor didnt address my needs properly. She listened to what I said, but didnt tell me what was wrong, and told me that if the issue continued to go to the ER. So all in all, the atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, the doctor is friendly, just didnt really help me.

This was the friendliest and most efficient urgent care I have ever been to. They went out of their way to do the right thing. The doctor was also knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I have had many experiences with ER and Urgent Care providers being condescending and not listening, but not here. I felt my concerns were heard and addressed, all in less than an hour.

Super fast, friendly, and straightforward and to the point. Was in and out in 40 mins flat, most of which was just updating my personal contact information. What I found very interesting was that the doctor was referred to by her first name which made me feel like I was on a peer to peer basis and she spoke to me by name as well. I appreciated this very much!

This was the easiest, most pleasant experience at a doctors office that I have ever had. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The atmosphere was serene and friendly, and I felt that the staff was incredibly attentive and caring. I hope to not need urgent care any time soon, but if I do, Ill return here.

This place is awesome, best care ever would highly recommend clean friendly and professional, second visit was aweful waited forever and seen others helped after I had been there for half hour and then put in a room for another half hour and still no one came , I had to walk out to sick to wait any longer.

Great experience! Check in was quick, Dr was in within 5 minutes, took her time checking my little one and determined it was a double ear infection. She wrote our script and we were on our way. By far the best experience weve ever had at an urgent care!
