I am so thankful Dr. Puziss and I crossed paths. It was a friend who referred me to him when my Dr. had relocated. My first time to his office there was a sign that said if I had to wait it was because he was with a patient that required more time and he would give me that same quality of care. I was not sure what to think of this sign as the waiting time increase. Once back in the room and with Dr. Puziss it all came clear, he went through my file with extreme detail and asked lots of questions, we went over images himself and the reports, did a very detailed exam, was not rushed and was genuinely interested in every aspect. When I left I knew my friend was right and I thank the good lord above we were brought together. Over the next several months he guided my care and sent me to amazing specialist. Matter of fact when I go to these appointments I hear from his peers how fantastic he is, I have even heard that from others I have discussed my injury with. I wish I would have known of him when I was first injured. He truly has my best interest in mind when he communicates to the adjuster handling my claim, tests that he has ordered and the direction he has taken my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Puziss in all capacities of his practice, he is highly skilled, knowledgeable in so many areas, and he works for his patients and truly cares about them as individuals!

Very frustrating experience on many levels! I dont write bad reviews unless it is a terrible experience, which this was. I have health insurance...the front desk told me it would be completely covered. They had me get into a gown and sit in a dark room for a LONG time. They came in and asked me to stand against the wall for an xray. I said, "wait a minute, I dont need an xray. I have already had one done on this area recently." Their response, "Thats okay, you didnt get this angle before." Okay, so I let them take the xray. The doctor perscribes physical therapy (come to find out would cost $700 per week cash). Then I get billed $270 from their offices! When I called them back to explain what I was told by the front desk, and how I felt the xray was unnecessary (adding lots of cost to my final bill), and asked them to work with me on the charge, they called me a liar!! I paid up -- so that I will NEVER have to deal with this shady office again.

Dr. Puziss is a great doctor no doubt, he performed a great surgery on my husband. So I decided to go see him for my painfull neck injury. However the office clerks (Danett and Sue) are very rude and make it impossible to make an appoitment. I had very good insurance and agreed to pay $400 as a down payment, they told me to wait and they will call back. I waited 5 days which was hard with my severe pain, so I left messages and they did not reply. Then when I called them from a different phone and they anwsered and told me "they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" and that they wont have me as a patient. Even though I qualified for treatment. Great doctor, bad service.

Wow ! What an amazing experience. I was in a serious T-Bone car accident in September of last year. Suffered from a fractured wrist back and neck injuries. Dr Paul is the most genuine doctor I have ever worked with. He is very well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He even helped me get over a needle phobia that I have had since I was a child. Overall my experience has been a 10 out of 10 and while always use this office for my orthopedic needs.

I have been a patient of Doctor Puziss going on six years. I would recommend him as being the best doctor anyone could ever ask for. not only is he polite and his staff is as well he is very thorough and takes his time with you and gets the job done. I have been to many doctors for many different issues and this is one doctor I would highly recommend for anyone. he has been a wonderful doctor and his staff as well.

Dr puziss is amazing and is the only doctor (out of many) to diagnose me and actually try to help me. He might seem like he doesnt care at first (cause hes busy, remember hes the only dr there and there are other patients) but he really does. He is the most intelligent dr i have ever met and he really knows his stuff. I also have never had any problems scheduling or any of that. I highly recommend him

Best doctor I ever had. My last doctor said I probably wouldnt walk right again. Dr. Puziss told me exactly what I needed to do and six months later I am almost completely healed up. He also gave me some dietary advice and I have lost over seventy pounds. I have learned when he gives you advice to just do it.
