Oh where do I even begin ?!? Had to wait for 2 hours to be seen, once they finally called my name they had the nerve to ask me for my insurance information and tell me i have to wait additional 10-15minutes for them to check my benefits. Please keep in mind that I scheduled this appointment months ago and I provided all this information over the phone. Absolutely unbelievable. After the appointment they offered me some redicilous prices for the glasses that I declined. When I went to another place they locked my insurance so I had to call and ask the office to release my insurance in order for me to make a purchase. When I called the girl who answered was so unprofessional. Gave me attitude as if I was bothering her to doing her job?!? Kept me on hold for 10 minutes and refused to release my authorization with the lame excuse "we dont have it, its not locked by us. You need to call your insurance on your own." Long story short, I will never ever be returning to that crappy office. Such a shame that the management doesnt care what their staff does. After all,everyone who works there is a family member so you cant really blame them for not education their staff on how to respect their patients.

Im a fan! I have been going to Dr. Chaudrhy since March 2015 as I had an eye emergency. He and his team could not have been more caring and accommodating. There were times I waited but that is what happens when you go to a great doctor. Everyone wants to be treated by the best in the industry. I had several appointments and follow up appointments and each visit was thorough and I now have a clean bill of health for my eye.

If so could review with no stars I would!!! Rude unprofessional staff!! 45 minute wait time for your appointment is the average wait time for everyone as I was told by their office manager. Scheduled appointment was for 11am... we werent called back until NOON!!! 1 hour wait time! Patients who came in after us were being seen! Horrible! Ill be finding my father another Dr...
