THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Do not waste your time here. No Customer Service, people are rude and do not want to help. I had to have a followup exam because FIRST took only 5 minutes and resulted in a bad prescription. Got 1st set of glasses and they made my eyesight blurrier than if I wasnt wearing them. Had to get a 2nd exam which lasted 45 minutes and a way better prescription, but still not completely correct. Got 2nd set of glasses and Transitional me see did not work as described in the vehicle, which I paid extra for. Also glasses has a few scratches on them from when they handed them to me. They ordered a 2nd set of lenses which I waited over 3 weeks for and no phone call. I never received any phone calls from them during this whole 2 1/2 month ordeal. Went to get my lenses swapped out and they made me wait over an hour, I had to leave and come back. Came back next day and they had them ready. Immediately I inspected both lenses and both lenses has scratches all over them. Staff told me they couldnt see them. I was not seeing things, they were definitely there. Ultimatelyigot a refund a day later after manager came in a few after I left. She agreed scratches were there. Thus was a huge inconvenience and all of the staff acted like I was wrong I wanting glasses, which I paid almost $600 for to be free of defects and to be the right prescription. Im sorry I want what I paid for. Grade = F!!! I will never, ever set foot in here again!

ago This is the worst place I have ever tried to do business with. The doctor is nice but the women in the front are the problem. Beyond just general rudeness, they make everything impossible to do. They are pushy with the sale, talk down to you and think they know everything. They seem to have a problem with just trying to help the customer. I came for contacts but after multiple run arounds left with just a glasses prescription. Even calling back to try and schedule another appointment was a headache. They wanted to schedule me two days out on a Saturday. When I asked if they would have the contacts to try on at that time. They said, "No you would have to pay first." I ask why I would come in on Saturday to a fitting appointment if they wouldnt have the contacts, and was rudely told they wouldnt order the contacts until i paid. She also continued to rudely explain to me that they had never entered the information into the computer so they didt know what I needed. Customer Service? I would tell everyone to stay away from this place. Obviously they are not in the business to help.

Skip this place! Optometrist is kind and polite, however the customer service is rude and unhappy always (Ive been there couple of times to get my glasses fixed and replaced). The frames are expensive and even with my insurance Ive spent almost 200 dollars for a non-named frame and lenses. I was quite shocked when I kept trying to replace my glasses and once it came in, they left a nasty voicemail. Not counting this morning when I went back because my lenses were different than the first ones, and I got yelled that Ive said I couldnt afford. I never said that and the rude assistant implied that I was a liar. The lack of professionalism in this place is beyond my understanding. I felt so terribly mistreated in this place that I wanted to issue a complaint within my insurance. Never mind, but never coming back again!

I have been going here since I moved to the area mostly because the location was convenient. However, I can tell they have recently made some changes to improve customer service at the front desk. They are also updating all of their systems, moving from paper to computer based records. My customer recent experience was very pleasant, so I wanted to rate them to give feedback about the positive changes they are making there. As another reviewer noted, the doctor is always very friendly and makes me feel very at ease during the exam.

Weve had good experiences here a few years ago, but had an extremely frustrating experience today. We called to ask them to transfer my fathers glass prescription to a different location. He has dementia and isnt mentally able to take a new eye exam, but nonetheless they refused to share his prescription because its two years old. They made us wait 5 hours before finally giving us an answer, and were very rude when they did.

I have to say I am really surprised by the bad reviews. I only went in to fill a prescription since that is where my insurance would cover. I did not have my eye exam here. The staff could have not been more helpful. I brought a friend to help me pick out glasses and we had a blast laughing with the ladies that work there. My husband went in a few weeks later and they even remembered us and he had the same great impression.

Those employees got me the wrong contact lens all the time. Now finally got the right ones after my checking again and again but she mixed up left eye with right eye. I called them many times and waited for more than one month!!! Their attitude are terribly bad!!! I wont go there any more!!! This place is miserable! The doctors are very nice. They shouldnt been working with those bad people!

What an awesome place and Dr. Puzio is THE BEST!!!! I recommend Dr. Puzio to all my family and friends. He is so good at what he does and so professional yet friendly and makes you feel at ease. This is the place to go for all your eye visits, eyeglasses and contacts. Five stars for excellent service and overall great experience!
