Having osteoporosis I have been trying to find something that would help increase my bone density naturally. After researching I found that BioDensity machines have been proven to increase bone density, strength and balance and I found out that Dr. Bryan Staker was located a short distance from my home. For my first appointment, Dr. Staker gave me an opportunity to try each machine. He stayed with me during each exercise making sure I was in correct form. I was impressed that he wouldnt allow me to use one machine since my spine is fused and I am very comfortable with his decision. The best part is that the exercises are performed only once a week and each exercise is held for only five seconds. Today was my fifth session and I look forward to my weekly sessions and to my next Dexa scan. If you need improvement in your bone mass, core strength and/or balance, please give Dr. Bryan Staker a call. You will not regret it.
