Bella, came to Creature Comforts as a 14 year old dog. She had 2 growths that had gotten quite large on her side and her back. In addition she had some teeth that needed to be removed. Everyone a Creature Comforts - from the receptionist to the nurses to the tech and the doctors seemed to so pleasant and competent we were sure "our little girl" was in good hands. although normally skittish of strangers, I think Bella felt the care and love from the staff. What seemed a scary surgery gave Bella the opportunity to feel a little like a puppy again and to enjoy her favprite treats now that her teeth do not hurt. The staff of Creature Comforts definitely added to the quality of Bellas life. We thank the staff wholeheartedly!

We have only been here twice so far, but I really like this place because I was able to get a same day appointment and I got the feeling they really care about their patients. I didnt feel rushed by the dr, she took plenty of time to answer all my questions and concerns and they even called a couple days later to see how my dog was doing. Price wise, yes it was expensive (although this is my first dog as an adult so I dont really have a basis for comparison), but the level of care was excellent. We are very happy with this practice and will continue to bring our dog here.

Simply put, my furbabies will never go to anyone but Dr. Allum and her group. She has had all three of my rescues in her care, two currently and there is no one who understands and has the level of compassion. When we moved a couple towns away and tried someone new we went right back and learned there is no one else for us. I have a chronically sick rescue and Dr. Allum has been the best in helping guide a treatment program that suits her but also helps the family afford it. And my furbaby is happy. At the end of the day that is what it is all about :-)

This is a very good vet clinic. The staff is friendly, the doctors dont talk down to you about the choices youve made for your pet (what you feed them, if theyre declawed or neutered etc) their hours are convenient and they dont charge for emergency fit ins. My cat was prone to getting into fights outside and one night when he came home with a very injured foot I was able to call before hours on Saturday and receive a call back within an hour to schedule him in to be seen. They are an all around good place to take your pet sick or just for check ups.

The docs here are great. We bring both of our dogs here for all their routine vet care. We did have an incident where one of our dogs ate some grapes and they couldnt see him until 6 hours later but we understand they arent an emergency clinic (they did offer for me to drop him off so they could keep an eye on him until a doc could send him later). We just wish they would be a little more flexible when it comes to more urgent (but not emergency) visits so we didnt have to make the decision to wait or bring him to an emergency vet.

I have been taking my puppy to Creature Comforts for the past 6 months, and I wouldnt go anywhere else. This is my first puppy, but Im not too worried since the staff here is extremely courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. Theyve walked me through all the vaccinations and procedures, and have answered all of my questions (even if they were dumb). I even forgot to ask a question during one of my appointments, and they immediately called me afterwards with a thorough answer. I would highly recommend Creature Comforts to anyone.

I cant say enough about the staff and the service at Creature Comforts. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Allum is a wonder - I have a dog with a complicated medical history. She has gone above and beyond in caring for him - taking courses on his disease, researching different treatment plans, consulting with other veterinarians, and making herself available to me whenever questions/concerns arise. If it were not for her, I dont think my dog would be alive, let alone thriving. I cant thank her enough.

I have been taking my Golden Retriever (a certified therapy dog) to CCVH since she was a puppy (now 9+). Weve been seen by all the vets and techs at some point over the years. In each case, I feel weve been given all the time necessary -- never rushed through an exam or procedure. When there was a problem, I didnt feel my dog was subjected to unnecessary tests. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about treatments and options.

You will not find a better veterinary practice than Creature Comforts! Our 3 dogs and 2 cats, each with both the routine and the unique medical needs that come with pet ownership, have had amazing care for over 10 years. The Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, and the staff supportive and kind. I refer everyone I know to Creature Comforts. I simply cannot say enough good things about this practice.

The veterinarians and staff at creature comforts are knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. They always do everything possible to get us in as quickly as possible if need be and have even stayed late on occasion or two when we needed to bring our puppy in after work. They are reasonable with their recommendations and do not overcharge. They seem to truly care for your pet. We would recommend them highly

I had to have my boxer Jennifer put down a week ago she ended up having cancer the staff there was awesome they made us know that we were making the toughest decision of our lives but she was never going to get better they showed the utmost compassion and i would recommend them to anyone with pets our as I like to call them fur babies If we decide to get another fur baby in the future they will be our vet

Although my 4 year old dog is a bit skiddish when encountering new people and places, Jessica and Dr. Johnson won her over. They spoke gently and restrained her gently. By the end of the visit she jumped up and kissed them both. I appreciate the gentleness and love shown by all members of the staff. They have won over both my dogs and I. We are very happy we found Creature Comforts Veterinary.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Creature Comforts. I took my dog there ever since he was adopted at 8 weeks old. He was neutered there, had several surgeries there, and sadly was just put down there 12 years later. The staff could not have been more supportive at such a hard time. Thank you, Creature Comforts, for treating me and my dog so well over the past 12 years!
