I had horrible experience with Dr. Greenspan. I had never needed to make an appointment for prescription refill. Normally I call in the morning, and pick it up later at any other vet office. I cant believe he refuse to refill my dogs prescription because I did not make an appointment. I guess he wants that $50 visiting fee. My dog needed blood works. Greenspan asked me if I wanted to pick her up later, so he can have extra time to do blood works. I saw he was busy, so I agreed. I did not even know he charged me $18 half day boarding fee. I left my dog there because he was busy and he needed extra time to do the blood work. Not I cant wait. By doing him a favor, he made extra $18. Watch your bill if you are his customers. He does not care if my dog is sick or not. All he cares is his $50 visiting fee. I will never go back to him. He simply does not care about your dog!!

My Parents and I have taken our dogs to Dr Greenspan for close to 40 years. The Doctor has been a wizard diagnosing any maladies our dogs may have been going through. Always accurate, with the effective meds or care needed to cure any issues. We would never consider another Doctor, and I drive past dozens of other Vets to get to him. My Daughter, a third generation of Campbell, now brings her dog there. We could not be happier with the care he has provided.

Dr. Greenspans solution to dealing with a panicking cat is to lasso him with a nylon rope (about the thickness of a jump rope) and to let the slipknot strangle him. Go elsewhere (Dr. Royster at the Haverford Animal Hospital, for example) if you want a vet that has a better patient rapport and doesnt blame his poor bedside manner on the owner. I am still shaken by the incident. There are better and more modern methods to handle an anxious animal.

Dr. Greenspan and Robyn, his vet tech, are such caring people! They have been taking care of our dogs for 6 years now and we have had nothing but great experiences with them. Dr. Greenspan is very knowledgeable and his top priority is caring for the animal, not making a buck. We had left a previous vet that was recommending unneeded surgeries and services for our dogs to make money.

We have been to Dr. Greenspan a few times now and our dog Kooper loves it there! He cant wait to get in and see the doctor and Robyn, the vet tech. Both Dr. Greenspan and Robyn are very patient and thorough in their work. Weve never felt rushed through anything, and I can tell they care a lot about the animals. Plus free treats in the waiting room! Whats not to love?

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Greenspan for ~9 years and have received great service the whole time. We were always assigned the same vet tech, and both she and Dr. Greenspan always knew just how to handle our little furry ones. We just moved out of the area recently and I am very sad that we cannot use this vet any more (half a country away makes that difficult).

Excellent Vet! I have a seven yr. old Bichon, and have never had a vet check up as thorough and complete as Dr. Greenspan. I was so impressed by his connection with my pet, who doesnt seem to like men and she was great with him. He took his time and checked her out more thoroughly then any vet I have had before. I have already referred to friends to him. So impressed!

I have been bringing my Beagle Max to Dr. Greenspan for 14 1/2 years he has always taken the time to explain any problems Max has had and is always upbeat and friendly. Robyn the Vet Tech. is also very friendly and helpful i have never had a problem with getting prescriptions or an appointment.

Dr. Greenspan and his Vet Tech Robyn are the BEST!!! They really care about your pet without charging you an arm and leg! They take the time and are very knowledgeable about the best care to keep your pet happy and healthy! My Shihtzu Duncan had some teeth removed and he is a much happier dog!

I was scheduled for an exam on three French bulldogs and was refused to look at them due to them having vaccinations and deworming. I was told it was unethical and illegal to do so. I provided the numbers to the shots and the name of the deworming and all I wanted was an health exam on the dogs.

Dr. Greenspan & Robin are excellent! I was not sure what reviews to believe when finding a vet for our new beagle in the mainline area, but they were very informative (they showed us how to properly trim our dogs nails, clean his ears, etc) & our dog didnt bark once!

Called today to set up an appointment. Person answering the phone cut me off mid sentence to inform me they have no appointments! Also didnt give her name when she answered the phone! Just off of the phone call I can tell the level of professionalism is not there.

I have been taking both of my dogs to Dr. Greenspan for many years. Over the years I have tried other vets and he is by far my very favorite. He is very caring, kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I highly recommend him.
