They do care for your pets and are friendly and knowledgeable. However get ready to open your wallet and keep opening it. This is the first time I have ever used this vet for any of my pets(because of my wife) and in my eyes their goal is to keep you coming back as much as possible so they can charge you for anything they can get you to pay for. Make sure you ask what you will be charged for because they will ask if you want the dogs ears checked and the next thing you know you are getting a lab bill. I have had my dog there about 8 times in 2 years before I realized I was getting taken for a ride. I love my dog, I take care of my dog, but dont let them convince you that need to keep coming back every 2 weeks for unnecessary tests, med adjustments and med refills. My dog was on the same diarrhea pill for years, a pill every now and then as needed. Last time I had them filled was 2 years prior and even though I had eight visits and multiple tests for various things done in 2 years they wanted another visit to refill these pills. I refused, went to my family pharmacy and got them without a script for $6. Same pills as they wanted me to bring the dog in for a visit. Watch your wallet!!!!!!

The staff are exceptionally caring and loving to your pet. Service is outstanding! The facility and services provided during surgeries and after surgery and during care for your pet while they are injured or ill is phenomenal. Phone calls to check in with you on your pet, email reminders, pet online record portal, Birthday wishes for your pet, just amazing! Dr. Lachette is an amazing veterinarian with her kind, sensitive and caring care. Thank you White Haven Veterinary, you all rock! Highly recommend this facility and the staff for your pet care needs.

By far, the most loving and caring veterinary staff in the region. We came to White Haven Veterinary Hospital when Dr. Shelly started. Our dog, Edgar, has previously only responded to Dr. Shelly for veterinary care. Our first visit, Edgar has taken positively to the entire staff. He looks forward to arriving at the vet. We came to White Haven Veterinary Hospital because of Dr. Shelly. We stay because they are awesome in every way!

This veterinary practice is five stars. The facility for boarding and day spa are extremely clean and fees are reasonable. The level of veterinary care always exceeds our expectations. We are long time clients and cant imagine taking our dogs anywhere else.
