I found them to be friendly if you have an animal in need of expensive testing. Just dont be ten minutes late or they wont see you. I took off work early and was running 10 minutes late so I called as a courtesy and was told they couldnt wait and I would have to reschedule. It was not because they were busy but because they wanted to go home during banking hours. Its unfortunate I recommended this place to many friends and family in the past.

The Dr. and her staff are amazing and very nice. You can tell they are all animal lovers and have a bunch of personal experiences with them. We drove a bit out of the way because most of the prices locally where we live are 2 or 3 times the rates of Acre Lake. We now have a new Vet and a good recommend to anyone we know who asks! Five Paws!
