I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN! I scheduled oral surgery for my son and had to cancel. I was promised a refund for my deposit. I was told I would get the refund within two weeks. I call almost a month later and was told the refund was just being processed and being sent in a check made out to my sons father even though I paid for it. Heaven forbid, even though hes financially responsible for his son, if my sons father took my money that I paid for the deposit if we werent together. That is a completely flawed system here. I should have gotten my refund within the 2 weeks LIKE I WAS PROMISED. Now Im sitting here over a month later out $150 because of their screw up.

Dr Hilda told us that my 5 year old had 9 cavities and needed his molars in all four corners capped. I went to 2 more dentist who said he had one cavity and the others were spots that could be cleaned and polished and there was 4 not 8 vThey wanted to put my son to sleep at the surgical center for what?! Very upset and talked to the insurance company to file a complaint after I took my 15 year to another dentist as well which was a different dentist then i took my 5 year old and he didnt have a cavity on a tooth Dr Hilda said he did! Would NOT recommend. Seems they are put for the $$$$$

Attempted to call to reschedule appt. No answer with literally 6 attempts one day and several multiple attempts the week before. Then billed $50 per child for missed appointment we could not cancel. Received notice from a manager that I would not be billed due to inability to reschedule...received bill for missed appointments again today! Worst office I have ever dealt with! Poor service on so many levels! One star is too much.Strongly recommend looking elsewhere! Cannot find one positive comment to offer. Have been going to this office 9years...nothing like it used to be.

When my special needs non verbal autistic son turned 18, he had an emergency situation where his tooth is cracked. They disposed of his case without providing any help or solutions for another dentist. Made execuses and were argumentative. I will never take my children there again.

The worst place! They dont even know the childs medical condition and keep asking to do oral surgery under GA. Never ever go there again. I should have read prior comments before I brought my sons there!!!!
