Arrived and instructed to pay by check. No check book, "find a mac machine". Would that be next to the pay phone I inquired? "For additional fee however we can send you the bill and the doctor will see you now". Sorry im not paying a fee for your bad business plan. If your that far behind in the times at face value Id rather not go any further, thanks. Found a wonderful Dr Office that day, When I walked out I had an App installed on my phone that will update me on results and everything! Been going to the new place for about 2 years now, everything works its way out in the end. I had posted this before after the experience with this office but it was removed.

Would not recommend this practice. The doctors are great, however the office staff is draconian. They do not accept credit cards and you must make an appointment to get a prescription refilled - no calling in and simply getting a refill. They held onto a check we issued to them for more than a month. We changed banks and when they finally did cash the check, it was returned. Instead of simply picking up the phone and calling us, we got a scathing letter threatening us with legal action. Parking is never a problem however as the parking lot was always empty when we went there.

I highly recommend this practice. We moved from another state to the Exton PA area and were looking for a new family practice. My wife worked for a doctor for 15 years and is very particular about who we use for medical services. We did our research, and found the staff to be very qualified, so we chose to use the practice. In the past four years of using Honey Brook Family Practice, my family and I have been very happy with the level of care we have received.

I have been going here for about 30 years and never had a problem. I see Dr Becker and he is an excellent doctor. Very caring. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They only take a check or cash. I have no problems with the way you have to pay. I never had a problem with any of there office personnel. When I need a refilled prescription I just call the office and my doctor will call it in.

I shopped around and found this practice to be competent, compassionate and common-sensed. Straightforward business procedures at the desk. Service is always quick and to-the-point. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good PCP.

Convenient evening hours. All the doctors are good but Dr Arbuckle is amazing! Great bedside manner, super friendly and all around great doctor! They take approximately 35 different health insurances. I highly recommend this doctors office.
