The Hazleton Urgent Care staff and Dr. Tayoun always make me feel so comfortable when I have to come for an appointment. Its one of the few doctor offices in Hazleton that my children and myself look forward to going to. Knowing that whatever is wrong with us will be taking care of by the end of the appointment is a big relief in Hazleton. Everyone there is so friendly and my son always leaves with a smile on his face. I barely ever have to wait long to be seen and they always conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Its refreshing to have a staff that you feel comfortable around. I would definitely recommend anyone who has never been there before to go and check out their new location and meet Dr.Tayoun!

Ive been here 3 times. The first time was to confirm a miscarriage. I had my blood drawn and never got the results even after calling. I got the bill though. The second time I went, I was vomiting bile. The doctor brought someone into the room without my permission, asked me if I even worked, and said that I didnt look sick at all. The third time I went to get blood work done.I had to wait for 3 hours for them to tell me I should have just gone straight to the lab

i went one morning and waited almost 10 hrs for NOTHING. The only thing they did was check my blood pressure. The so called "Nurse" are rued and obnoxious. The best part was that they billed my insurance for almost 300 dollars for NOTHING>> FIRST AND LAST TIME I GO THERE!!
