I will never ever ever go back to this doctors office. I felt like just a number the entire time I was there. Heres the kicker, I was taken back and seen by the doctor BEFORE I WAS FINISHED FILLING OUT MY PAPERWORK. My medical history wasnt even filled out and he was prescribing things to me! Who cares what Im allergic to, they just need to see as many people as possible. And this was all during my 10 minute consult. He barely even looked at me. Ive been suffering from psoriasis and acne my entire life and this just made me feel more awful about it. This place is a factory. I couldnt be more disappointed.

The doctors are amazing- they really do know their stuff! The only complaint I have is that they dont spend very much time with you. Youre in and out right away... which is great sometimes, but when youre suffering from a skin condition thats been extremely emotionally draining, all you want is compassion. I think the staff is just ok- theyre short with you and curt- not rude... but robotic? My face is 100% clear now so I would recommend going to them. Im very happy with the results.

Now waiting on office manager to call my wife. Regarding a bill for my son whom I did not want to go in the office alone... I went in for my own visit and left my son playing games on my phone in waiting room .. I came out after 20 or so minutes to find out they saw my son alone in the exam room alone.. my wife has left numerous messages w no return call.. and now I have a $60 some odd dollar bill... I spoke w office manager and listened to her spin ...

Really nice staff, not a long wait to be seen but I have been there 3 times and they still have not figured out what is causing my skin irritation and each time a different script and still no success. I wish they would get it right on the ext visit but their hours end at 3:30pm on one day 4pm on another day...banker hours but still a nice place.

The most efficient practice I have ever visited. The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Charlie Capaci performed a simple skin biopsy, was professional and quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes, didnt even have to wait. Wish all doctors offices were like this!

Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist. This practice is the worst. The front office staff are rude and not helpful. The doctor is in and out of the room in less than three minutes. You are treated like a piece of meat rather than a human being.

I love love this dermatologist office! I met with Dr. Charlie. He was very nice and my results are amazing! I have suffered with psoriasis for many years and after my treatment I have zero dry or irritated skin. I highly recommend this doctor and office.
