First off, Ill start with the good. The office is clean, well maintained and has a very friendly staff. The assistant/nurse, Christien, is incredibly nice and made me feel better about my skin situation. The doctor was also respectful and spent at least 30 minutes talking to me. However, he also prescribed me a retinoid even though I told him I had a negative history with retinoids. The retinoid, as I predicted, only made me worse; it wasnt a purge, it just gave me redness and inflammation. Also, they suggested an antibiotic, even though I questioned how taking this short term would help my skin [which mostly has hormonal breakouts]. The antibiotic, strangely enough, only served to make me WORSE and develop new spots in places I never had, along with joint pain. The sulfur wash they gave me also made me have an allergic reaction in the form of itchy pimples.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Parish. I have never had a better medical appointment. Dr Parish and everyone in the office were welcoming and genuine. Dr Parish was extremely knowledgeable, and he explained everything clearly. Both my daughter and I could not stop talking about how wonderful the experience was. I would recommend Dr. Parish and this office to everyone!!!
