I have not a bad thing to say about this place. I will start by saying, I am a very very active 35 year old woman. For years, more so 6 years, ever since I had my 2nd daughter, I realized things were starting to change in my body, including my weight. No matter what I did, and believe me I tried every and all diets and workouts out there, nothing could stop the weight from staying and gaining. I went from doctor to doctor telling them my issues: night sweats, weight gain, low energy and they all blamed it on: age, diet, being a stay-at-home-mom. I even had one doctor try and tell me I was depressed, and that I probably didnt know I was even depressed and that he wanted to put me on medication. I walked out of that office. I was so scared, my issues were taking over my life. In fact, maybe I was becoming slightly depressed because no matter what I did or ate I was gaining weight and feeling just plain terrible. I thought for sure, I was going to end up one of those people on TLC who has to use a crane to get out of their house (lol). I decided to call Mullica Hill skincare/weight loss because I figured working with a nutritionist would maybe help. So, I called the office to make an appointment with their nutirionist (Tony) and they told me I would have to meet with Dr. Malik (R) first for blood work. I was like , "Great, more blood work that will get me nowhere, but what the heck?" When I walked in I was graciously greeted by their office staff, which hardly ever happens at any doctors anymore. But they are all gracious and extremely nice. Dr Malik (R), came in and met with me for a consultation. Immediately upon our meeting and me telling him my symptoms he told me my underlying issue could possibly thyroid, low B-12 or hormones but only blood work would show what the underlying issues were. I immediately felt comfortable with him, and trusted him. He made me laugh and more-so made me feel like we were going to get to the bottom of my issues together. He made me feel like he actually cared what was happening to me. No other doctor had shown the slightest interest so I already felt better :). I did the blood work and then I met with their incredible nutritionist Tony, the week before my blood work came back. Needless to say I was super nervous and scared because I didnt know what to expect. I was nervous because I didnt know if this would work and more specifically I didnt know what I would do if it didnt work. When my blood work came back I was shocked. My thyroid levels and B12 were very low., actually my B12 was below low. How did no other doctors even check for this??? I felt happy and of course relieved because maybe he had found the answer..... So for my results, in 10 weeks time by following Dr. (R) Maliks advise and strictly following Tonys meal plan suggestions I have lost over 30 pounds and my energy is through the roof. I honestly dont remember feeling this great is a very long time. Let me be clear, Tony does not say eat this, eat that, and eat when. He gives you the tools to help you make smart decisions by using suggestions. I couldve never done this without their help and dedication. I urge you, if you are feeling any of the ways I felt to call their office and make an appointment today. Im sure everyones outcome can be different, but it doesnt hurt to go for a consultation. I will say, hands down, it was the best call I have made regarding my personal health. My thankfulness goes way beyond the scope of this review, but I know Im not the only woman in her mid-30s struggling with weight and health issues. If I can help one woman pick up the phone and make an appointment for herself, then I will feel even better. On a side note, I recently met Tony at their Vineland office and the staff there is equally nice :)

My personal experience started with The Mullica Hill Medical Associates was quite a while ago back when they used to be across from Shop Rite. They may have moved across the street but the excellent Doctor patient rapport did not change nor the compassion they exhibited on a daily basis. I had severe lymph edema in both my legs, Chronic Cellulitis, Diabetes from the infections and Sciatica when I was first seen by Mrs. Pooja Malik MD who took very good care of me over the 7-8 yrs Ive been going there. Dr. Rajesh Malik MD took over my care at some point when his wife took over the Skin Care department of their practice. What Im saying is, Ive never met two people more compassionate and dedicated about what they do. What doctors office can you get a same day appointment and be seen in a timely manor. I know only one. The receptionists are always polite no matter how busy they are. We are blessed to have them in Mullica Hill. Heres the best part; my heart rate went down to 32 I was slowly dying. Doc said you need a pacemaker . He admitted me to SJH in Elmer, called in a great surgeon with the best bedside manor. Dr. Imran Haq MD put my concerns to ease and now thanks to Dr. Rajesh Malik MD, Dr. Pooja Malik, MD his staff and other doctors and nurses at South Jersey Hospital in Elmer on the south and east ward Im 47 pounds lighter and diabetes free and my legs are normal size now! Horrible. The medical side is run by a confused staff. I always wait for 1+ hours to see Mr. Dr. Malik. He has no bed side manner (his wife was great but sticks to liposuction and botox now). The other day I had been waiting in the little waiting room for 50 min. The Doc walks in, doesnt acknowledge me, mumbles that he has to see the other patient first and walks out. Then the office manager comes in and tells me I have to go to the big waiting room cuz they need the little room for another patient. I said "no, I am in mortal pain, and I was here first." She said I was lucky to be there as it was a same day appointment-- we argued about some more stuff---then she left. The nurse came in and told me to get out. I told them it was Fd up. The waiting room was full of all the same people that had been there an hour previous. I told them all its always like this and left. The time before that they were having an insurance audit--what ever that means? Maybe fraud. They still didnt have my married name in the system and it had been almost a year. Mr. Malik is not a very empathetic doc. He is negative and acts like he hates his job. The office staff---horrid. The credit card machines are always down and computers malfunctioning. A couple of super nice nurses--but all confused. Very dissappointed as I have been a patient for 4+ years. It feels like a free clinic in there and its getting dirty.
