Awful experience. I work in the medical field myself. Also reason I went was because my insurance changed. Would never recommend this locations.. Matter of fact I would never recommend labcorp to my patients. Both tech missed my veins completely. One of the tech was digging in my arms. You are never suppose go deeper with the needle once it is in. He went in and out numerous times. I have a huge bruise on my left arm. The other tech was rushing and missed as well. Even thought my insurance wanted me to go to labcorp, I did not. I rather pay a bill than let them try for the third time. Save your veins and time .. Go somewhere else. Staff was rude when I told them I did not want them to try and again, that I would go somewhere instead. Office manager is unprofessional and lack communication skills, it is ashame. Both techs and office manager are incompetent.

A gentleman named James did my blood work and was absolutely fantastic… He found the vein the first time and I was in and out. He also told me about another location that was closer to my home for when I would need to be fasting for my blood work. He was such a gem and the facilities are super clean and modern… Very happy with my experience there . Side note, I hate getting bloodwork and do not do well with needles so I am highly critical on my experiences.

Its easy to see that this office was a hastily thrown together thing. The technician was great, but the rest of my experience was sub standard. The chair that you sit in to have the blood drawn was too small, and the bathroom was obviously made for children. The toilet was too small and VERY low, there were no grab bars, and no place to sit the specimen, There was also no place to put my purse. Im disappointed in Blue Cross for partnering with this lab.

Yes I went there two days to take blood for my one year old son.... First time they couldnt find the vein..... Object in wrong place... Second time went... Manage to find... One nurse couldnt manage the situation... Blood all over my sons hand.... This is totally not tolerable... Asking me to come another to take blood....again.... Please dont ever take your babies....

I had an interview at this site.. Wow ..interesting to say the least. The guy and woman whom interviewed me were like 2 robots..No professionalism whatsoever. They lack people skills, people like this you wonder how they got as far as they did ...Extremely rude and unprofessional.. Wrong people to have interview the public

I would never go back to this location or recommend anyone else go there. The tech had difficulty finding a vein in my nine year old sons arms. The doctors office was unable to pull the results because they spelled our last name wrong on the sample. Forced to use LabCorp due to insurance policy, not a fan of this company.

Every time I have gone to get my blood work done, everyone has been professional and caring. I get my work done at least once a month. Just plan to spend about 30 minutes to 40 minutes there. That is reasonable as Ive gotten blood work done in hospitals and regular MD offices and it took longer then that.

These ladies are super nice! They are attentive, and make sure you are doing okay with whatever they are doing. You can usually be in & out of tests within 30 mins from check in to walking out the door (which is awesome for medical practices!). I them, & they can take my blood any day

You had one job! I came in to have my blood taken but left looking like a addict. The woman seemed very inexperienced and was shaking the whole time. Now my whole arm burised up and got a hematoma. So thank you.
