I was a little worried about this location because of the negative reviews. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The ladies here were awesome, starting with my call to the facility. I spoke to a very nice lady named Shelly. She verified my fax was received and what tests were ordered. I had my appointment the next day and was seen within 2 minutes of arrival. Yvonne took my info and performed my tests. She was wonderful and very caring. I was finished with everything in 15 minutes! I was lucky because I was one of two there at the time. However, although I was earlier that my appointment I was seen right away. So, if you are concerned about what youve read, I can only tell you I will not hesitate using this facility again for lab tests. Thank you ladies for your kind and professional services. Great job.

Very friendly at this location, the woman who registered me and took my blood had a great personality and was clearly enjoying her job. A+ for her. I went here for a yearly blood draw. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes, called to be registered, then they took me to be stuck right away. To find this location go in either door at the corner, up the steps, sign in, have a seat. The only thing that I really didnt like about this visit is that they run your credit card and make you sign a paper that says you agree to pay anything that your insurance doesnt cover up to $50. The kicker is that they cant tell you what the insurance is going to cover and they dont know how much or if youll be charged. I have not received a bill yet!

Appointment at 11:00 am now 11:35 and just getting started. Have to provide all info even though we scheduled on line for faster service. Why make appointment and give insurance and personal info on Labcorp Web site if we have to wait and get registered with the tech? Two people ahead of us when we arrived at 10:50 am. Very disappointing experience.

I was wary of coming here my first time based on reviews. Prepared myself for the worst. On a busy Thursday morning, employees were working hard to see everyone as quickly as they could. The women that helped me were kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know for a take-home test and responded to all of my questions. No complaints.

No one tends to you for an hour, an no one to tell you when you will be seen. The worst experience to date, had to walk out after an hour of pointless waiting.
