I had an appointment right before lunch, I assume they get backed up as the morning goes on. I got there 10 minutes early, signed in, nobody at the reception area, no problem. I sit, 5 min after my appointment time the woman asks to take my paperwork. 10 min after that she takes me back for a drug test. I peed in a cup. Friendly service, clear directions. This location takes walk in, but prefers appointments. I reserved my appointment online through their website. This seems to be how the majority of their customers make an appointment. Remember to bring your ID. I like Quests setup better than Labcorp because they didnt make me sign a paper that says I agree to pay what the insurance doesnt. I dont like agreeing to things that are unknown. Find this location by parking alongside the building and going in the entrance in the middle of the building, the tinted window doors. Then turn left, go to the end of the hall, then right down the long hall and down the ramp. Youll find Quests door on the right.

Like most people, I dread going to a 3rd party lab for testing. Generally, the staff is less than accommodating and you have to wait for long periods, even if you have made an appointment. Sometimes, the facilities seem dirty and not well kept. This is NOT the case at Quest on Allendale Rd. The facility is immaculate, the staff is prompt and professional and even when they are busy, you can see the staff working to take care of patients quickly and efficiently. I go out of my way to use this location. Thank you!

The person drawing my blood was telling me all about a boy she knew on Facebook who has HIV and was making fun of his sexuality while she should be paying attention to the needle in my arm. I also do not appreciate discrimination of someone that I dont even know, I do not want to hear about your Facebook issues, or how you feel about Gay people. Extremely inappropriate.

This was the worst experience getting blood drawn I ever experienced. (Ihave blood taken 3-6 times a year) The Location was unkempt upon arrival (used cotton balls on the floor) and the man who worked there wore ripped gloves and with open cuts on his hands. I hope this location gets a good evaluation and cleans up for health safety.

Took my son there for blood draw. He is very afraid of needles. The woman who drew his blood was very good with him, and when it was all done, he remarked that it barely even hurt.

I called to make sure they were open & asked, and I quote, "are you open all day?" Then when I arrived at 11:30 they were closed for lunch until 12:15. Absolutely ridiculous.
