I called these people back in May 2016 to be on a waiting list, in which they told me was only a month. I called back in June and another person advised me that the waiting period is about two months and I would not be able to schedule an appointment until July. I call back in July, and they do not have me in their system!!! what!!! So now I have to be put back on the waiting list for another 2-3 months because they dont know how to do their jobs! Im highly upset as This is my health!!! and it is not something to mess with. Do not trust these people on the phone go there directly and get a copy of everything because it seems that they are very unorganized and do not know how to do their jobs correctly.

LOVE THE DOCTORS THERE...NOT MANY MEDICAL PLACES TAKE THEIR TIME TO LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS AND OFFER VALID SOLUTIONS BUT EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR THERE ACTUALLY DOES...CLEAN ATMOSPHERE AND IVE NEVER WAITED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES TO BE SEEN...ALL I CAN SAY IS THEYASSES ARE PROVEN TO BE SOME OF THE BEST DOCTORSELECTION IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY AREA!!!

1730 family health center every body that works there are very nice and helpful and the nurse and doctors are great with everything and they dont take long to see you I was there olny for 5 minutes just waiting and the place is clean and quiet.
