Scabies outbreak in several months proceeding July 2014. Both staff and patients infected. Staff ordered not to talk about it and if asked by family members, to lie and tell them its "just a rash." Whistleblower employee call Board of Health, who stepped in at some point this month and ordered ALL patients to be treated. Not sure whether staff was treated. Second Floor???? No outbreak on the first floor. BTW, the person who reported it was fired. Just a little FYI. I wouldnt send my family members there.

My mother has required rehabilitation several times over the past few years. Each and every time that she was a resident at Blough Health Care Center she received exceptional care in every category. Blough would be the top choice for any future needs for my mother. The staff and administration take pride in theyre work, which is very evident as they go through theyre daily routine.
