we have been using quest at other location in that area but this one located at lansdale medical group in lansdale has the lowest number of customer level service we ever show. we found out their extreme money greed and ask us topay some money in spite of fully ins covered service , so before blood report service we must pay $ 50 by cash, credit or debit card ( kept on asking again and again in spite of having ins thru job and no copay for lab work) they even refused to call ins co . but kept on demanding $50.00 we wonder why they didnt called ins co or why they didnt called other quest where we have gone numerous time and had no payment issue ....i hope this review stays here for public info until l we file complaint at quest corp end state health official( b euro of occupational affairs ..

Worse place to come during the weekdays. During the weekdays they are faster and more proficient. I walked in and signed in. Waited 30 min and decided to leave, was not even called up and there are only 2 staff for about 10 people and only 2 people were actually brought back and taken care of in those 30 min. Most ridiculous place I have ever been and ridiculously understaffed!!!!!

Walked in one minute before closing got my blood work done within less than two minutes Amy was amazing fast and quick thank you so much I was so scared because I hate getting blood work done but Amy made me feel confident and strong and overpowered my fears thank you again Amy

So I walk in, there are half a dozen people in the lobby who have been waiting for a while, and behold there is one staff doing the job of five. But she was proficient and doing her best.

They drew my blood sample painlessly. Its best to make an online appointment but walk ins are taken quickly too. I felt they were professional in the way they checked me in as well.
