UPDATE*** I called Gajulas office because my daughter has not peed in over 7 hours and has a yeast infection. I was told by one of the staff Members that I would get a call back within 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before calling back and the staff member never told the doctor or anyone. TOTALLY SWITCHING! ----- If you take your children to Northeastern Pediatrics I strongly recommend you DO NOT see Chaya Shuchant NP. I made an appointment and went in to see her because My daughter had rashes all over her body. Chaya did not listen to any of my comments or concerns. She told me "I think She is allergic to Amoxicillin, but Im not sure, but Im going to write it off that she is." I was livid at the end of the appointment and what she said did not sit well with me. I decided to take my daughter for a second opinion the same day and they told me she has Roseola and explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to show me comparison photos of other babies with Roseola and my babys rashes, which looked identical. *****Side note****** 100% know my daughter had Roseola because my significant other got Roseola from her not even a week after she had it!! He has the same exact rashes she had in the same places! Dr. Gajula and Dr. Kadewari are very nice and are the doctors that can be trusted with children!

Ridiculously understaffed. Wait time for scheduling a well visit was several weeks, and I had to BEG for a Saturday appointment, (after they cancelled my existing appointment because their physician was unavailable); their office policy was to only see patients under the age of 4 yrs on Saturdays!

Dont answer the phone dont call you back when you message and dont know what theyre talking about when you do get ahold of them drove up there faster than it took for them to actually answer my phone call and knew nothing

Both of my daughters have gone here. I have never had an issue with any of the doctors or any of the staff. Everyone has always been extremely friendly.
