I had a great experience with my eldest daughter who needed a wellness visit for a new school, but when I attempted to schedule a sick visit for my youngest while I was out of town, I was told she could not be seen because their grandmother is unable to bring her. Mind you, I sat on hold for over 30 minutes trying to explain my situation, but since no one answers the phone, I used their online scheduling tool, entering ALL required insurance info. Then called (of course no one answered) and left a message again explaining my situation. Only to get a call back saying "no" Only a legal guardian can bring her and even after explaining her father was dead and their grandmother is currently their guardian (remember Im out of town) still "no". I understand policies and procedures but sometimes all people need is some slack!!! Now the search continues for a new pediatrician....

The administrative staff is always friendly and fast, the nurses are knowledgeable and kind, and Dr. DAntuono is patient and gentle. Making an appointment is easy, and I never wait long to see the doctor. The office is always very clean, and there are activities for the kids in the waiting room. The first thing the doctor does when he walks in the exam room is give my child a book! After the appointment, they give you a printout summarizing the visit.
