Really bad experience! If you do not have an appointment I advise you not to do a walk-in! I was in this office at 3pm and kept waiting and waiting until 5pm, people kept going in ahead of me, I kindly came up and ask the people that works at the desk. They replied rudely and nasty well these people have an appointment for 4 such and such..... I said if this the case you shouldnt take walk-in because you have people here waiting for hours and hours and then a walk-in come in you take them, you should at least let the people know when they sign in. The guy just kept talking nasty and said oh well these people have appointment and you dont! When this office first opened they was really nice and professional, now it is the worst place ever! Therefore do not come to this place!!!

The worse place to go! The front desk people are so rude and forget about going in for a walk-in because youll be sitting in there for hours. They NEVER call you back to tell you your test results and the doctor is a WACK job. If youre looking for a doctor that really cares about your health, I highly recommend going somewhere else.

I have been waiting for test results (thyroid ultrasound) for over a month. When I call either no one answers and they say they will call me back the next day. Theyve never called. I still dont know if theres something seriously wrong with my thyroid.
