I went to Dr. Lenart as a 19 year old just in need of a check up and looking to get some birth control pills due to some irregularities with my menstrual cycle. My first appointment she sat me down and we chatted about what I needed and she prescribed me the pills. When I needed my first refill through express scripts I had to call the office a total of four times over the course of three days to get ahold of someone who could help me. No one answered the first two times, the third time the office hung up on me, and the fourth time they told me they couldnt help me unless I made another appointment. Being a college student, this was very difficult to manage since I live farther away most of the year so they did give me one month of pills to hold me over to the appointment. At my appointment, I was given another prescription to send in to express scripts which I did. When I needed to reorder through the website, however, I was told my prescription was not refilled. Again, I called the office and this time I called six times the first three no answer, the fourth a hang up, the fifth no answer, and the sixth no answer. After many unnecessary calls, I talked to someone who told me that they only way I can get the prescription into express scripts was to call them. After calling express scripts I was told my doctor had to call in the prescription. I, again, called my doctor (answered the first time, shockingly) and they told me that the office does not call express scripts for patients because they "keep them on the phone too long" while talking to me like a child. After many more loud phone calls I finally was able to get my prescription. This office and this doctor do not seem to care about any of their patients unless they are pregnant or going into labor, which is why I am switching OBGYNs. I should not be treated like this just because I am not on their priority list and I am fed up that any medical professional sees this as a proper way to go about their business. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Lenart or any of her colleagues in the office. They have wasted my time and my money.

I have gone to and sent many people to see Dr. Lenart. Including those with special needs. Everyone including myself LOVE! Dr. Lenart. Dr. Lenart is amazing! I have never had a bad experience with her. I also have had those that I sent to see her, tell me how amazing She was with them or their Daughters. I was shocked to see someone left her 1 star. This sounds like a problem with the front desk...not with Dr. Lenart. Dr. Lenart is truly the only Doctor I have 100% trust in. As a Surgeon, I also give her 5 stars!

Terrible practice. Waited over an hour and still wasnt seen would never recommend this joke of an office to anyone
